Anna, Former Army Chief launch joint attack on govt.

Anna Hazare has again come out of oblivion and obsolete state into the limelight and headlines of Indian press after a long time but this time he is not standing on the stage with his old chums but with a new special member of IAC (Indian National Congress). Don't you know the  name of that candidate. No problem. I tell you. That person is Mr.  Vijay Kumar Singh, former Chief of Indian Army and the first  serving Indian military chief to take the Government to court. Both the foes of INC ( Indian National Congress) have now merged up with each other so as to spearhead the attack against the government and in no time have launched some vexing and scathing remarks on the government and have asked for the immediate dissolution of parliament.
Both of them are very bitter enemies of the INC and desperately want to eradicate the government. Anna Hazare has been an enemy of the government since the commencement of his Jan Lokpal Movement and Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh has been an enemy of the government on his age matter which gained a very high rate of momentum and due to which he also sued the Government of India to court.
But now both the enemies have merged and therefore there is going to be a double assault on government by both. But the troubles of the government do not terminate here. With Arvind Kejriwal on the other side to crusade the attack on government, Anna has again become willing of succoring his old IAC eminent member.
"A new set of parliamentarians is needed. Let elections be held so that people can decide if they are satisfied" said Singh and Anna Hazare has also averred that he would tour the country with Singh from January 30 to tell people about the wrong doings of the government and make people aware of the bad works of the government.
Speaking on the issue of land acquisition, the former army chief added that " Government had no compunctions about selling even cultivable land to corporates  after acquiring it from farmers. The land that should naturally belong to the people of India is being distributed among private companies." How could we leave the topic of black money. Commenting on the issue of black money  he said " Bring back black money from foreign banks, the government is looting the nation even more that the British did"
All these things clearly portray that both of them are in no mood of taking government lightly.

LAST RESHUFFLE

After a spree or corruptions, allegations and cozenage the UPA II government led by the UPA chairperson Shrimati Sonia Gandhi thought of a rejig in her government to give new look to the government and allocate some new places to her favourite ministers. The UPA-II government was reshuffled on 28-Oct. As the polls(LOK SABHA POLLS 2014)  are near all the parties are busy changing the appearance of the party and in clearing all the allegations being put against them so as to emend their profile in front of the people of India, so UPA suddenly came into action and rejigged the government and allotted new places to the favoured ministers. This reshuffle was not a small one, this was a humongous one as in this shuffle Congress scion Rahul Gandhi's influence on the working of the government was also exposed. Rahul Gandhi's brigade was also given better places this time. For example Sachin Pilot was awarded the Ministry of State of Corporate affairs and Jyotiraditya Scindia was awarded MoS Power Ministry in the reshuffles. While some new faces were inducted, the old faces were also recalled. Shashi Tharoor who resigned due to the IPL brawl has again been called in the cabinet as MoS HRD(Human Resource Development) while some ministers' position was upgraded to a next level of importance. For example- Salman Khushid was given the position of External Affairs Minister and Pawan Bansal was accommodated the charge of Railways Ministry. Our PM also played a major role in the rejig for example Ashwani Kumar has been made the new Law Minister of India. Kumar's elevation in the government has been attributed to his intimacy  with the PM Manmohan Singh. In the new faces, the south Mega star K. Chirajeevi, who recently bonded with the INC( Indian National Congress) IND(Independent) Charge of Tourism. But the government was also in no mood of forgiving some dissidents. Congress appointed one of the most strongest antagonists of Mamta Banerjee into the government Mr. Adhir Choudhury. He was given the portfolio that was previously been run by Ms. Mamata Banerjee. This move has clearly shown that Congress is also unwilling to befriend Banerjee again.
Now lets talk about some upsets. Mr. Jaipal Reddy was given charge of unpopular Science and Technology ministry from the famous Petroleum Ministry. Ambika Soni, SM Krishna and Mukul Wasnik were made to relinquish their charge and were drafted for party work.
As every party is busy changing the perception of people towards them let's see who is going to be opted out by the "People of India".

LACK OF PATIENCE

Nowadays something prevalent in India which is even more horrifying and awkward that murders, corruptions etc. is Road Rage. In murders, suicides, robberies etc. slaying and mowing down of people under duress but in this mysterious thing, killings and beating people is done sans having any reason and just because of anger and resentment of people and some fury.
But lets first unravel what is road is.
Road rage is violent anger caused by the stress and frustration involved in driving a motor vehicle. This road rage is very dangerous. Nowadays the level of stress is hiking day by day as the level of competition has increased.  People are becoming the patients of ailments like hypertension, stress etc. and that's why they are becoming furious even more than they have been in their whole life time. People are becoming vexed and irritating due to the level of work that they have to do these days in order to make both hands meet and because of all the competitions in which you have to kill others in order to move ahead of them they are losing their innocence and virtues and are inculcating and infusing vices in them which is the main reason for such a great increment in the number of cases of road rage. And the things that I have mentioned are nowadays blatant on the streets. People are flouting the road safety rules and are rushing to reach the place where they want to go.
Corruption is also expediting road rage. As nowadays people commit crimes but escape and are not indicted because they give our policeman bribes and kick backs and policemen don't do anything and this thing boosts the confidence of criminals and the fear of police and government is nullified in their hearts.
Recently  an Indian Air Force officer was severely beaten by some people. Why? Let's see what happened. Wing Commander Arjun Sen(47) was driving. Suddenly an ALTO car while crossing the road knocked his car's  right fender and sped on. Sen shouted after the car. At this, the ALTO car reversed  up to his car and a youth got out and abused Sen. He was joined by four occupants of the car and they all collectively beat Sen.
These crimes are generally conducted by boys and girls of rich and influential families. This is because these people have a lot of money and influence and if even they are arrested they are released in no time by the police because of their families. But crime is crime whether it is committed by rich or by the pauper and everyone should be punished for the offence that has been carried out by them and the criminals should be indicted.
The government should now do something to mend our traffic police system. There should be a system which would restrain the policemen from taking bribes. If these things are followed, then only we can get out of the clutches of this bad crime.

MY IDOL, A GREAT MAN

Rajat Gupta

On Thursday’s newspaper a story came that scandalized the whole world because of its immense intensity. The whole world was stormed and vexed by the story as Mr. Rajat gupta an acclaimed businessman was sentenced for a 2 year imprisonment by Justice Jed Saul Rakoff. Everyone condemned the decision as it was too harsh and severe for such a good person. We were all  distraught by the decision as a good person was judged badly.
But now the question arises. And that question is
                                                           Who is Rajat Gupta?
Rajat Gupta is an Indian-born American businessman and the former global head of McKinsey & Co. He was born in Kolkata to Pran Kumari Gupta and Ashwini Kumar Gupta, has three siblings. His father was a journalist and moved to Delhi from Kolkata and Rajat studied at Modern School. His father died when he was 18, his mother 2 years later. He was a brilliant and brainy person and ranked 15 in IIT entrance examination and did B-Tech from IIT Delhi in 1971. Refused ITC job to join Harvard Business School in 1973 and joined McKinsey in 1973, and retired from office in 2007. He raised millions for education and healthcare and then served as adviser to UN and has worked as a trustee at Rockfeller Foundation and acted as an advisor to former Mr. President Bill Clinton's philanthropy.
                                                          What Rajat has done?
Rajat has been punished for insider trading in Goldman Sachs. Gupta's crime is that he had infringed his fiduciary duty of confidentiality to Goldman Sachs. Rajat Gupta has divulged some covert and latent information of company to Raju Rajaratnam, a Tamil American former hedge fund manager and billionaire founder of the Galleon Group, a New York-based hedge fund management firm, and Raju used these notifications to earn quick profits and success for the company.
All these things let to the complete annihilation of his business life and tarnishing the image of this good person.

Rajat is a favourite of everyone. He is a very good humanitarian person who has always done good to mankind. He is undeniably a great person. Ex- President of USA Mr. Bill Clinton, Mr. Bill Gates, Co-founder of software giant Microsoft and Seventh General secretary of United Nations Mr. Kofi Annan also asked for the extenuation of Gupta's crime and leniency for him on humanitarian grounds but Justice Jed Saul Rakoff portrayed no mercy on Gupta and didn't abated his imprisonment on the legal grounds and this divisive judgement changed Gupta's future.
Gary Naftalis, Defence Counsel, said that"  This man was a man who was an iconic figure, a role model for countless people. He is no more.

This judgement has marked the downfall of Rajat Gupta. He is a great man but his one faux pas has maligned his image in front of this whole world. But he is a great man and will always be.
May God give you the potential and power to sustain in these bad times.

"After every night there is a bright morning, and after every failure there is a great and tremendous win."

Vibrant Modi

Reconciliation of Narendra Modi, Gujarat Chief Minister, with the Great Britain is all the rage in India at the moment. The whole media is showing the news of only one thing, i.e. Narender Modi's reunion with the GBR (Great Britain). And Mr. Modi is also exploiting and relishing the situation in a very lively manner as all these things are supporting him very much as the state elections are near and this will assist Modi in gaining a very good advantage over his rivals.

But now the question arises -What this reunion is! Now let me expound this thing to you. After 2002 Godhra Riots, the British government scrapped away all its relations with the Gujarat CM as he was not able to tackle the matter in a deft and serene manner. The Godhra riots were communal riots in which thousands of Hindus and Muslims including some British nationals also, but now the British government slapping and exterminating the ambitions of the rivals of Mr. Modi who wanted to outshine him. On Monday Sir James Bevan met Narender Modi which is a clear evidence and sign to this whole world about the engagement of Gujarat and England after a very long period of 10 years. Sir Bevan met Gujarat CM Narender Modi, some social activists and some congress leaders in his eight hour long meeting. In the meeting with Narender Modi Sir James contemplated and pondered on the new opportunities that can be created and availed by Gujarat as well as GBR. Mr. Modi also clearly and blatantly came out and averred that reunion has been there and welcomed the decision of the British Prime Minister David Cameron and said that he will try his best to strengthen the relation between the countries and will try his best to make the ties robust between the GBR and Gujarat. The UK India business council has also concurred to partner the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors’ summit in January next year.

Barry Gardiner, MP and Labour Party Politician and chairman of Labour Friends of India Gardiner, who calls Modi “Narender Modi” is also notified to have been in contact of him from the time when Narender Modi was not even the CM of Gujarat. He also called Modi “Gujarat Ka Sher” in Vibrant Gujarat summit in 2009 and Manoj Dalwa, the chairman of UK labour party community engagement and empowerment forum and practicing English lawyer says that UK politicians will scramble to touch Modi’s hand during his UK’s next visit.

All these things are a clear proof of the inclination and love for Narender Modi, of United Kingdom and have cleared the path for Mr. Modi, and now with the inclination of UK towards Mr. Modi is also a clear and obvious proof that Mr. Modi was not embroiled in the Gujarat riots and therefore he is the right and most apt and shrewd person to be the leader of the country, and we all should undeniable support him.

At last I would request Congress and all other parties to curb and stop tarnishing and maligning the image of Mr. Modi as he is a very good person and a “VIKAS PURUSH” (Man doing development).

The saviours need to be saved.

Our brave warriors

India contemporary is having the world's second largest number of military personnel in the world after China but some shocking and appalling news is coming that our audacious soldiers are leaving the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Border Security Force(BSF), and therefore heavy attrition is done in the forces therefore gradually diminishing the strength of the almighty and omnipotent military of India and this is something that needs in toto attention of the government of the nation otherwise it will definitely turn into a very bigger trouble and bother for the whole country and we will lack behind.Lets talk about the frightful news due to which the whole country is upset and confounded. In just three years 44,000 army men have forsaken the BSF and CRPF. As per the notification allocated by the government the worse affected area are the CRPF and BSF which collectively account for more than 36000 total diminution since 2009. Our military men are not the people to be blamed of. The body that should be accused for such a great reduction in the military forces if our Government. The personnel of Border Security Forces(BSF) are not accommodated with the required amenities that should be given to them. The BSF personnel have to tolerate and endure a very harsh and severe climate and the ministry is not even providing them the basic health care things. Its shameful and awkward that the people who are protecting the whole country are not even given the basic commodities of life. So, why will they do such a difficult and arduous job. The second thing is that our brave soldiers have to combat with three foes, terrorists, Maoists and the most dangerous Malaria. The government is not giving them facilities to save themselves from malaria. The third thing is that our valiant soldiers are not provided promotions and the salary of which they eligible. Their family is not given full benefits and their basic needs are not fulfilled. These people have to work for long hours which leads to sleep deprivation. They all are deployed in dangerous zones and have to bear successive postings in hostile areas like Maoist jungles in Chattisgarh and border regions. These people have to work relentlessly and are not even given leave are not able to talk to their families which lead to homesickness and they are not able to do their work efficiently.

Suggestions
The Indian government should allocate basic commodities and health care material to the military personnel and their families. As the military people are not able to take care of their family, so their family should be given proper attention. They should be given leaves and their posting should be at different places not only in border regions and Maoist affected area. A commission should be set up in order to arbitrate and ponder over the reasons, why over brave saviours are leaving the forces and the attrition should be diminished by accessing the reasons behind personnel's leaving the military.

LACKING SOMEWHERE

                                                        INDIA LACKING BEHIND

Delhi's chief minister Sheila Dixit has been bragging that Delhi is the greenest city of the world but her claims have fallen false and spurious because the national capital has not ranked even in the top 50 world cities. Recently UN(UNITED NATIONS) conducted a survey to find world's 85 most developed and best cities, and the national capital Delhi ranked 58 among those cities while the economic hub of the country Mumbai scored a little bit better and ranked 52 and our biggest metropolitan cities lacked behind and remain devoid of that standard needed by such a great country.
There are thousands of blatant reasons behind our cities' lacking behind. Reasons like political factor, social causes, unemployment etc. have worked as the biggest hindrance in the path to success. Now lets discuss the reason behind all these awkward and embarrassing things and will analyse why our cities didn't emerge as the game changer in the catalogue. The system  of India is very much underdeveloped. We talk about outwitting cities like Shanghai, New York which are far ahead of us, but we are not even near them and are depriving of progress. You would be astonished to hear that there is such a bad public transport system in Indian cities that the transport system is only able to carry one fifth of the commuters and this things aggravated the condition and India lacked on this issue and the plus points that we got, comprise of ameliorated telephone communication services which even reached to 100% in some states. UN also listed that there has been  a substancial and enormous hike in the employment opportunities  and the share of urban population also shrunk from 54.9% to 29.4% over the last two decades.
But the things in which we lacked are the social factors..
But the perception of people has not changed since the independence of the country. People are still stuck in the bog of segregation and discrimination and  have not come out from the menace of caste, creed etc. and we are lacking behind  in this matter and we have not been able to mend this thing in the right way. Our transportation sytem is not good, our cyber protection system is not good. Oh! how I forget the biggest weed in the progress and development of the country. One in four person in the country is poor and is not having ample money to make both hands meet both the hands meet (₹29.35 a day in urban areas, ₹22.42 in rural area.) The condition of India is very appalling but we don't have to get depressed  by it. The people of India have to come ahead to show and aver that they have a great feeling and sentiment of patriotism for the country and we have to do something to mend the nation.
There are numerous of reason why there is a dearth of amenities in India but I can't list them all in this small blog.

At last I would just like to conclude that we need to work to make the country go ahead and climb the ladders of success.

IDENTIFICATION

Now you all have been fed up of my articles apposite to the indian politicians and scams and would be finding my blog boring, so I thought to write about something different and about a topic that I have never written about. That topic is about the hilarious things that our Indian politicians have done for the common people of the nation. Out of the good things being allocated by the government of India to facilitate the lives of people. One of that marvelous and prodigious work is done by UIDAI [Unique Identification Authority of India]. That work is making of Aadhar card for the whole India.
So let's initially learn and acquire some knowledge about this Aadhar card. In hindi language Aadhar means base but in this aspect it is completely different from being just a literary word. In this case Aadhar is a UID (Unique Identification Number) carrying 12 unique digits being given to every indian. Every indian will have its own identification number that will be different from every other's and every family member whether a toddler or old will have to had this card and in the whole India this card will work and will be the best proof of someone that he or she is a denizen of the nation, and this card can be used to open a bank account, to buy house and other things and didn't need to allocate other documents and things because this card will be unique  and can be used by the sole person because everyone will have his own unique number from which they will be recognised and that unique number will contain people's finger prints, thumb prints and eyes identification and therefore no one else can use that.
Now let's see the real motive about the real motive behind this. The government of India can dole money to unemployed and impoverished people and can discard the role of intermediaries. In just one click money will be transferred to the pauper people's bank account. The second thing is that it will assist in eradicating the terrorism. The terrorists use spurious identification and this lead to a great disaster and calamity but if the UID are fully and intellectually used then crimes will definitely and undeniably be removes and abolished which will lead to the solution of thousand of troubles and will help everyone and will assure the equitable distribution of resources among the people of India. People who snatch away the rights of poor people will be annihilated and destroyed and this will help the country in its way to progress.
But the danger is again here. Will our honourable ministers let it be executed properly and authentically sans any problem. Will the people of India be able to use the technology in hand. Will we or Can we?
                     Thank YOU

CYBER CRIME

The thing about which I am going to write today is very shocking and confounding, not for we people but for cyber unethical people, hackers, crackers, information warriors. In a move prescribed by National Security Advisor- Shiv Shankar Menon, the Indian government and private sector is going to bolster and proliferated its cyber crimes warriors strength by 5 lakh.
From the commencement of the technological period, our country was lacking behind and depriving of new and good technologies and all these things resulted in a very huge loss of confidential and covert information. The whole indian computer systems have been vulnerable to hackers of different countries like China, USA etc. The steps should have been taken before but the reluctancy of government and other political factors prevented the sanctioning of this move but now when the level of cyber crimes augmentes and India faced an immense amount of resources and money, when the whole country saw frauds and piracy and intrusion in the privacy of people, the government also started handling the matter tightly and with humongous seriousness and has decided to include 5 lakh cyber crime warriors.
Technology is like a coin having two faces. One is a good one and the other is a bad one. It has surpassed everything and has done so many things that we even never believed and there are thousands of other good uses of technology which are uncountable but nowadays the bad uses of technology have started outshing the good one. From the beginning Cyber crimes have been a very major security threat for the whole country. India has been assaulted by nations like USA, China and Pakistan. Recently a group of Chinese hackers cracked the confidential secrets of the army schools in India and took every information about their working, management etc, and some hackers broke into the account of a CEO(Chied Executive Officer) of a renowned company of $35 billion and cracked into the confidential details which should not be divulged. A Canadian investigation in 2010 disclosed that some chinese hackers had reached the Indian missions at Kabul, Moscow, Dubai, Abuja, US, Serbia, Germany, UK, Cyprus etc countries and used the information cracked out in an unethical and bad manner.
National Security Advisor- Shiv Shankar Menon also suggested that topics relevant and pertinent to cyber crimes and their prevention should be included in the curriculum of Engineering and Management so as to teach the future of the country how to tackle all these things.
Because of the advancement of technologies, some bad and unethical people conduct some bad activites which infringes the privacy of othe people and disturb their private lives.
Notwithstanding having one of the IT hubs of the world(Banglore), India currently bears a dearth of 4.7 lakh security officials and due to this lack of proper security, some bad people got oppotunity to intrude into our systems because of their vulnerability and their confidence got boost up when they saw that no one is ready to challenge them and they hiked all these things.
But now we are not going to wait anymore and are undeniably going to eradicate these people completely because we have arisen now.

THE UBIQUITOUS

                   THE RAMPANT CORRUPTION.

Here  again emerges a case of embezzlement and misappropriation against our indian politicians. This time the cases has been taken into limelight by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal of IAC ( India Against Corruption) and this time the scam is pertinent to our honourable Law Minister Mr. Salman Khushid. Isn't that an embarrassing and confounding thing that our Law Minister has been alleged of charges of embezzlement. This thing undoubtedly portrays the condition of Indian politics. Initially Former Telecome Minister Mr. A. Raja was accused of conspiring and executing scams worth 1lakh 76 thousands crores scam, then many allegations by Social activists like Anna Hazare, Baba Ramdev and Arvind Kejriwal followed the suit. Allegations on our Union Government ministers have definitely tarnished and maligned the image of our country. And these have affected the country in many aspects and phases. Now the ministers and government officials are not wary of how to mend the country but they are wary of how to execute scams and now they are also not scared of the police, CBI (CENTRAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION) and any other organisation as all the management's rein is in their hand and they are free to do anything because of their position.

Let's abandon talking about the indian politicians and scams occurring in India because I have got fed up and fatigued of this ever- lasting and ubiquitous and omni present.
Let's come to the main topic that I am here to talk about and that topic is
Embezzlement charges on the Law Minister of India.
The allegations have been alleged by acclaimed Mr. Arvind Kejriwal. Mr. Arvind Kejriwal accuses Law Minister of India Mr. Salman Khurshid of misappropriation in Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust being run by Mr. Zakir Hussian and his spouse Mrs. Louise. Arvind proclaims that Mr. Salman has not used the money being allocated by the central government to serve the disabled people for whom the trust has been opened. But Salman Khurshid retorted in an angry manner. Called a press-conference, but this pressconference was futile, as when the mediapersons in the conference asked some chilly questions and our Law minister was evasive all the time and therefore the conference was also a big setback and in vain as the questions were very harsh and honourable law minister couldn't answer them all.

In India now even the unlettered people know the meaning of corruption, scam, bribes and kick backs because these things are rampant and prevalent and there is no respite from them for a common man and the common people have to suffer and bear the burden of all these things.
Kautilya has said - "A country having corrupt and careless people doesn't need an outside force to be destroyed. One day its own government and people will exterminate the country and the country will fall down to earth". This same thing is happening with my mother India whose government is not wary about people, whose ministers are corrupt and whose people are not doing anything to save the country from the calamity.
Now its the time for we people to come forward and do something.
The country needs heroes, be heroes and do everything that you can for the sake of country.

              Jai Hind, Jai Bharat

A CURSE-----------------------

                                  CHILD MARRIAGE

Our great motherland India emerged as the world's child marriage capital. This statement was given by the UN [UNITED  NATIONS] agencies- UNICEF, UNFPA, UN Women and UN Information Centre. Its not a recent or very much appaling things as these things have been there in our country for a very long time. In my perception no one in India would be scandalized, distressed and jolted by all the figures stated by theses agencies of United Nations as the whole India has been watching this tradition and practice from the medieval period of our great Indian history.
In states like Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana etc. child marriage is regarded as a ritual that numerous of people do. In these state the girls and boys are married in such a small age when they even don't know how to speak and when they come of age the girl is sent to the house of the boy, but nowadays the traditions have altered. Parents nowadays sent their girl to the house of her husband even before turning 18 years. And this time one of the poorest and impoverished state, Bihar has topped the ranking outwitting every other state behind.
These traditions have been in India from the medieval period of our history. The sons and daughters of  the kings were married when they were toddlers so as to make treaties in between the rulers and constrict their daughters and sons but some unlettered people understood these ceremonies as their inheritence and imposed their own culture and wishes forcefully and subdued their children to accept all these things.
All these things continued and carried on, but this is not the fact that these things could not have been restrained , if dealt intellectually all these things could have been stopped from happening but our politicians who have always been doing the votebank, fear losing the elections by altering and curbing this rampant child marriage and that's why fearing Khap Panchayat our government procrastinate the demand for a social society not permitting all these things and carried on with all these unfair rituals and that's why today's figures show that 40% of world's child marriages are conducted in India and that's why our this great country is termed as the capital of child marriages around the world. This tradition has seen a very large declined in asian countries but India, and vice versa in India it has climed upto a bigger level which was not expected by anyone. Our politicians are busy doing scam and in order to gain vote they are reluctant to take any stiff action against this ritual. Many times voices are raised but they are again supressed and people who raise their voice are oppressed and disturbed and the khap panchayats are favoured by the our politicians and are with full support and assistance of our MPs MLAs etc. and these things are also aggravated and exacerbated by the illeteracy in India. Unlettered people just, don't want to understand the cons of child marriage and are in full opposition of those who oppose their this ritual.
There are thousands of demereits of child marriage. Girls are devoid of childhood and are not able to do what they want and if their husband dies at a very small age, she has to live her whole life as a widow of that person and has to endure the harsh treatment given to her by people. Premature pregnancy and many other diseases are its other side effects and there are also thousands of others things which even can't be listed in this blog.

CONCLUSION
At last I would just like to say that our minister should stop doing the prevalent vote bank politics and should think about the children of India, the future of India.
THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

SAY NO TO REGIONALISM.......... ERADICATE IT

Our whole Indian nation brags of a very great line "UNITY IN DIVERSITY" and has been using the term to show that we all are together and we all socially connect with each other irrespective of caste, creed, sex, religion etc. and the whole India comprises of us but do we truly hold that meaning or we just boast about it. In my perspection we are neither completely erroneous nor truly right as we used to have this feeling of being conjoined with each other but contemporary we are not having that feeling and I feel really very sorry.
At the time of British India, the intoto India united so as to free our country from the clutches of britishers but now we are ourselves trying to segregate and split the nation. You all will be pondering and considering how can I say all these things about my own country and sans any assertive evidence, but I can assuredly say that my writing truly holds bold and true evidence. I am talking about the, Khalistan issue, that was once rubbed down to the ground and was sabotaged in 1984 but is again trying to arise again and come to existence and is an alarming thing for the whole country and is roaming on the heads of the nation.
Khalistan 's [the nation proposed by sikh militants to be carved out of India] peril is also seemed to be rising because of various activities that haven taken place recently. Our couteous and valiant Lt. general Kuldeep Singh Brar was assaulted by some assailants in London and recently SHIROMANI GURUDWARA PRABHANDHAK COMMITTEE  suddenly moved on to pass orders to construct a memorial inside the Golden Temple to commemorate those who were killed in the 1984 Blue Star operation and to honour the families of Harjinder Singh Jinda and Sukhdev Singh Sukha ( who assassinated Gen. Arun Vaidya). These attempts clearly portray that the wounds have not been healed and all these attempts have been made deliberately in order to again arouse the emotions and sentiments of innocent sikhs in order to again try to create the demand of Khalistan again and and to divide the nation and segregate sikhs from the rest of India and it is definitely a foreign attempts of some countries in order to exterminate and annihilate the whole nation  and to destroy the unity, integrity and credbility of one of the greatest emerging nations of the world. Our nation is emerging fast and coming out of poverty and alleviation and now some unethical people are trying to disrupt and hinder the national progress of the nation that has been a model of unity and integrity of the intoto nation and that's why the government of India now has a need to do something and to demolish the unethical organisations which are trying to kill the credibility of nation. These people are trying to again repeat the massacre and slaughter of people and to create a situation of turmoil and pandemonium in the whole country which if created will definitely and inevitably trail the country behind and will put an end to progress been made since our independence so, I just do not want to do see the massacre and mass killings of people because this will affect all the people of India very severely and badly and will destroy all our generation's progress.

CONCLUSION
At last I would just like to conclude that our government has to do something to again supress, quash and nullify the rising of the sentiments of Khalistan and has a need to prove that Punjab is an integral part of India and the land of great gods who have enhanced the horizons of the whole country and every people whether he is sikh, hindu or muslim and that's why we all need to do something to restrain the dream of evils of making Khalistan and to prevent the foreign influence and support being given to these unethical people.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

Today I am going to write about something that has been one of the thing that India is lamenting about. One of the slowest but not steady process. Today I am going to discuss about the justice amenities of India which has caused misery to many people and has proved to be an affliction to thousands of people because of its slow but not steady process.
According to a recent revelation and disclosure by the RTI ( RIGHT TO INFORMATION) 43 lakh cases are pending before the high courts of India contemporary. Indian justice has caused grief to thousands of people because of its slow process and thousands of loopholes . If you embroil in a court case then you need to spend many years even for some scuffles or baseless cases lacking authenticity. There is a very acclaimed quotation which carries a very big and straight forward meaning. That quotation is "Justice delayed is justice denied" but our judiciary seems to flout and dupe this quotation because now a person has to wait for a very long time for even cases that have no base and are illegitimate. People involved in the case have to spend their whole life wanting and demanding justice, but some cases are not solved even after the deaths of the plaintiff and defendant. But we people, who boast of having one of the best judicial system are not able to do anything. Thousands of innocents have to bear the burden of blunders and goof ups that they have not even committed. But we still are mute. According to information allocated by the law ministry, there are 43.22 lakh cases  are pending before all the high courts and out these 43.22 lakh cases 33.69 lakh cases are civil cases. Someday the judges are absent, some day the plaintiff or defendant wants to go to another court or they are not able to come to court and thousands of other reasons and lame excuses come to engulf the justice in the court cases. Thousands of fears surround the person involved in a court case, but we never think about them. This injustice has also become the roots of thousands of crimes . People who are eye-witness of things like accidents, murder etc. don't want to go to court because they think that once they enter in this problem, they have to continue going to court the lifetime and the second danger is of their life; that the culprits can get them killed or slayed down. The culprits are also happy with the slowness of the judiciary system in India because the judiciary takes a very long time to pass its decision and in this time the culprits pick out the lacunae and loopholes and then escape from the court and this thing exacerbate  and exaggerates the condition and  prevents thousands of people from gaining justice.

Thousands of cases appear in front of us in which even for committing a theft of 30-40 rupees a person has to spend many years in prison not because our system is very harsh but because of lack of justice and no court proceedings.
There is also a dearth of judges who decide the cases and on the other hand there are some laws which are good in one aspect but bad in thousands of aspects. For example special laws are made for ladies suffering from bad evils like dowry but nowadays some bad ladies are using these laws to threaten their husbands and do bad to them and their families, and this thing is one of the lacunae in our justice facilities and prevents the facilitation of the justice in our country.
Due to this injustice many people have to suffer for some crimes of which they are not even guilty of. There are very bad and serious effects of this injustice too. A person involved in the court cases can develop a very bad mental health which can land him into many scuffles and depression and can make him rude, he or she is not able to give time to his/her children and they have to pay a huge amount of their earning to their lawyers also which causes a lack of resources in their house.
Oh! sorry. I forgot one thing. The lawyers. Some lawyers demand a huge amount of money from their clients and the client looses a big sum of his earning and give that sum to his or her lawyer. Some lawyers even try to extend the court cases so as to get as much money as possible from their clients and this leads to a delay and procrastination in justice.

CONCLUSION
Our law sign i.e. a statue with a black cloth on its eyes and holding a scale equal from both the sides to portray and teaches us that justice is equal for all human beings whether rich or poor, big or small, asset or liability etc. But we are nowadays not following that thing and are lacking behind. Now there is a need to do something to enhance the justice facility of our country. We all have to emerge out to do something.
So don't just sit at home, come out.

POLITICS

                              THE POLITICS

The politics is not the same that it used to be. First people used to consider the politics not as a game but as a great way of managing people and doing things for the common people so that they could live happily and live with peace and tranquility. In older times it was a set of rules being made so as to serve the common people but the time has changed intoto. Politics has become a dirty and cheap game in which the politicians only work to earn money for themselves and common people are not having any stand in anything. Previously the politicians like Kautilya used to ponder profoundly how to make to lives of people happy and good but now our great great politicians think of how to change their own destiny and how to accumulate money for themselves and their generation and how to do corruption and scams. The dream to revolutionize the world is lost somewhere, there is no great leader who can change the lives of common people on the right path and track. Great inventions and leaderships have now become a rare thing that is nowadays hardly seen among people. There is a lack of central leadership in the government and the whole country. Nowadays our governments are being known by the name of the party or parties which have formed the government notwithstanding as a united body which has been elected to govern the nation. The opposition is busy in doing its own good. The politics, the greatest art of ruling, is lost. It has become a dirty and nasty game being played by people in order to earn money, name, fame and profit for themselves but nothing matters for we people. We all are just living our lives slowly and gradually not wanting anything as if this method is not worth our consideration . If you would ask even small children, what they want to become, then one will say I want to become a doctor, the other will say I want to become an engineer, the other one would say that I want to become a scientist but no one will emerge out and say that I want to become a politician because they are watching this world of politics through the goggles of hatred and are thing that politics only involves corruption, scam, bad people, a power play and a game to come to power and rule over people and everyone think that politics is a dirty game. Politics has been made so notorious by our politicians that even in a class if you make others fight or want to do something that will profit you, you are termed as a politician and you are said to be doing politics.
We have constricted the gamut of politics to a very bad and low level that people have commenced abhorring and abiding it, but the people are also having the right opinion. Our leaders have made them have this bad opinion about politics. But the politicians seem to be unfazed by all these things as if they are not related to them because they know that they will come again and again and will play with the emotions of the whole nation and will again come to power, accumulate wealth and fame and after getting old will hand over the rein to their children and this thing will carry on for a very long time.
All these things have caused a great dearth of leaders and central leadership which is the most crucial and vital factor for the working of a nation. People are not getting involved in the politics because of the fear of their lives and politics is also getting regularly defamed by the good activities of our leaders.

At last I would just like to conclude that now there is a need for youth to come out to serve the nation and to take their nation ahead of any other nation.

AB DELHI DUR NAHI (DELHI IS NOT TOO FAR NOW)

Pals are transforming into foes. Supporters into protestors. Helpers into condemners and the time is also not with them. Everything is going bad and they are seeming alone thinking WHAT TO DO NOW. Every path is looking as if it is blocked and there is nowhere to go.
This thing is exactly happening with the Government of India. The allies are unhappy and people have become the government's protestors and there is nowhere to go. The government is now mulling on what to do to emerge victoriously out of the problem and how to hold back the support of the allies as well as of people.
The biggest protestor of the government which has come out to deprecate against government has been one of its allies. You are right, that person is TMC's (Trinamool Congress) leader and founder Smt. Mamata Banerjee. She is the person who was one of the biggest supporters of INC (INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS) but backed out her support from the INC because central government hiked the prices of diesel and curtailed the subsidy of LPG cylinders to only 6 cylinders  in one year and the biggest reason behind taking the support back was the FDI in retail.
But in my perspective I deem all these reasons as ostensible reasons because the real and authentic meaning and motive behind all these things was to set the party's foot in the National Capital Delhi and Mamata Didi (sister) has also emerged out with flying colors in doing so. Mamata Banerjee came to Jantar Mantar on monday to protest against the policies adopted by the government and she galvanized a huge and humongous support from various states like UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
From the protests that were organized it is vivid that now Didi is also succumbed to come to Delhi and get support from Delhiites in the upcoming 2014 elections, to shock all the protestors of the TMC and to get a new reputation, post and name in Delhi. The presence of JD(U) leader and NDA convener Sharad Yadav at TMC's rally has also pointed out that now Didi wants a change in her political allies.
From the commencement Mamata Banerjee had been teasing congress by threatening the government to work on the guidelines of TMC and threatening the government to leave the coalition government UPA if anything is done against her wishes. The government had to do all the things keeping in mind the guidelines set up by Mamata Banerjee but after sometime when the government became sure that nothing bad is going to happen and no difficulties are going to engulf the government if the TMC backs out its support the government began defying the order and commands ordered by the TMC and Mamata flew into rage and resentment and backed out the support from the UPA government.

But the government is now not afraid of any threats and is going on to do what it wants and is fearless of Mamata Banerjee and is working according to its own will.
Didi is also now fed up of its old allies and is now wanting to set up its foot in Delhi with a clear perception that "ab Delhi dur nahi" (Delhi is not far).

Only the future can tell what will happen next. But the game is going to be very interesting.

INDIAN POLITICIANS

Our India politicians are now learning to unravel different meanings of things. You all would have been thinking on What I am saying? But I am sure with complete proofs that this thing is happening. It is as transparent as a glass from the verdict of SC(Supreme Court) that clearly avers that Auction is not the only way for the distribution of national resources. But our great great Indian politicians. Supreme court said that resource allocation must  be a fair, non-arbitrary process and use can also use other methods despite of the auction of the national resources, and suddenly the hand of INC(INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS) commenced opening and Congress started teasing other political parties by saying that their method of coal distribution was flawless and perfect and law minister of India Mr. Salman Khurshid came out to say that "We have been vindicated by the court and we are completely true with no involvement in the coal gate scam" and the BJP started lamenting on the decision of Supreme Court, but both party "deliberately" misunderstood the ruling of Supreme Court. The Supreme Court of India meant to say that only caution is not the method for the equitable and proper distribution of Natural Resources and other methods can also be used in this transaction. But our leaders portrayed all the facts of ruling in their own way in order to show that they have portrayed the ruling in their own way.
Now let's talk about the coal gate scam. Government of India is saying that it is not embroiled in the scam and has nothing to do with it but the state governments {especially of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP)} are to be blamed and are trying to show them as the scapegoat in the whole case that involved the scam of not 10 or 20 crores but was of Rs. 185,591 crores (US$35.08 billion) which if would have been invested for good purposes would have made the lives of thousands of paupers and impoverished people and would have cured many problems.
Now lets focus the right reasons why this government is involved in this scam.
The first thing is Coal is a national property, a property or natural resource coming under the union government so how can the state governments be said to be embroiled in this scam.  But our central government is not ready to accept this thing.
After that the government of India hiked the diesel prices in order to increase the voes and problems of people.
This was not enough so that the Government issued FDI to give another chance to its competitor parties  and to increase the problems of our Indian retailers who will definitely lose their jobs when FDI comes to India.

The biggest problem of our government is that it doesn't calls itself a government but it calls itself UPA and instead of focusing on the issues of country the government focuses on the issues of congress party which is the biggest hindrance in the path to take the country to new heights.
Hope that the government will ponder this thing or otherwise the people of India will eradicated them.

One day a man goes to heaven and saw thousands of clocks hanging on a wall. An angel was standing there, so the man asked why are these clocks used for. The angel politely replied- Sir, these are lie clocks. Whenever someone on earth lies, the hands of these clocks move forward. There was a clock whose hands have moved never. The man asked -Whose clock is this? The angel replied sir this clock is of Swami Vivekanand. The hands of the clock
have not moved yet because he has not lied in his whole life. The man asked- So where is the clock of Indian politicians. The angel laughed and said- Sir you will not find that clock here because we are using those clocks as table fans in our rooms.
