It is pretty hard to deviate the course of action through which things have always been done. The people who have been benefiting from the old method would try to resist you through any possible measure and on the other hand the ones who are going to be benefited from the novel one, would not be much vociferous because, it is a human tendency to be skeptical of any new thing because we are pretty much reluctant to effect or accept a new breed of change. Hence whenever you try to put in some new things which are out of the domain of banality you would face a lot of hindrances and challenges.
The only way to overcome them and subside those who are working against you is to have a pellucid vision of change. If you bear in mind an elaborate defining version of what you want to beget, you would ultimately convince people while those who don't have any vision would continue to recede away. Changing the way things are done is in actuality a deed that can only be pursued by a determined person. If you are visionary, through your vision only you can effect an ever-lasting. Thousands of people with almost no vision can be trounced in second by the one who carries beautiful vision. If you want to live a life that is just hackneyed and mediocre, go ahead because everything is premeditated and you can always dispense with vision but if you have set the sail to do something new and novel you need to develop a vision to change things because your personal liking for the thing can let you row for some period of time but eventually sans vision you are destined to get out of order.
So, if you have thought of doing something extraordinarily great in life, go ahead but always remember that courage and vision can never be taken for granted.
