Modi V/s Oths.

Whenever a nation aspires to soar up with huge power and dignity, two crucial things are there to be kept in mind. The first being that the nation develops internally and that the people of the nation experience equitable distribution of resources among all the classes and also to ensure that the denizens of the nation are accoutered with the basic necessities of life too; the second aspect of development is that the nation is able to entrench itself into the global community perfectly.

In case of India, the previous governments did so-so in dealing with both the stances and that’s why today we are not a developed nation but notwithstanding a developing country.

In India, for a very long time, politics bears only one definition i.e. to divide and rule. A nation which once mothered great sons like Bhagat Singh, Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, to name a few, who united the nation into the thread of brotherhood and peace, has now become an arena of political policy of divide and rule. Political parties come into action whenever the election are approaching and play the appeasement policy card. Their candidate would go to minorities and rather than talking about their development and how to uplift them out of poverty will talk about reservation quotas. Representative of some parties targeted Muslims. Muslims were intimidated that if rival party’s representative is chosen then Muslims will be slayed down. All such disgusting and reprehensible measure were used to play the game of politics in world’s largest democratic country. At last these attempts would successful turn out for ineligible candidate and this at last sowed the seeds of excessive destruction of the country. On the vote bank politics, people who could not even speak on stage were made to represent the Indian nation on global fronts. People who were completely ineligible but came on the basis of their name or caste were made to head various important and vital committees to decide the future of the nation. Due to lack of alternatives too people who were not even ready to make their own decisions were made to make decisions for the country. Now it’s not hard to imagine what happened with our country in all the previous 67 years after independence. All such things resulted in huge demolition of the country. Country was segmented on the basis of caste, creed, religion etc. and no one in fact talked about the nation. Poor became poor and rich became rich day by day also widening the economic gap between the two economic classes therefore promoting huge discontentment as well as unsuccessfulness in the whole nation and thus kick starting the story of annihilation of India Inc.

On the global front too we faced many hiccups. Our competitors with their abled lawmakers move ahead with China taking around 80% of their below poverty line population, out of the poverty line in just ten to twenty years and also transforming itself into a prominent global manufacturing hub. Many other nation advanced further but we remained stuck at the trifles of division on the basis of caste, creed etc.

The first attempt to pull out our nation from this ditch was made by former Prime minister of India Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Mr. Vajpayee hailed from a party which was falsely implicated to be an anti-muslim party but Mr. Vajpayee with his own charisma, gave the nation its first stable alternative thereby making Indian general elections two party elections and also running a stable as well as wonderful government which strengthened India both internally as well as externally. Mr. Vajpayee stuck perfect chords with the United States of America and also gave India its nuclear bomb which made India a global player and thus also made India immune to any threat from the world powers.

After Mr. Vajpayee, weak government took helm of the Indian subcontinent therefore making the nation enervated and also made the nation sustain huge losses through the scams by its ministers and also due to its unworthy lawmakers. The nation continued to be harmed for ten years having no leader to lead the change. For a complete decade we continued to be exploited.

But then again, now we have got a leader. A leader to lead the change, a leader who was chosen for his own credentials and potential. A leader who knows how to drive a change. A leader who can really do well for the whole nation. The one who can represent us nationally as well as internationally and at last one who doesn’t divide and rule but in fact cares for the nation and tries to do every bit to help the nation scramble up.
