Safeguard yourself.

Today this article is not impugned by the dented politicians or the dark side of Indian politics. This is going to be about something which is one of the biggest killer not only in India but in the whole world. This article is about "Tuberculosis".

According to a report around 5000 people develop tuberculosis; nearly three lakh children in India drop out of schools due to this ailment and more than one lakh women are boycotted from their families.

Tuberculosis, a very fatal disease, is caused by a bacteria named Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis attacks the lungs mainly but its impact can be easily observed on other parts of the body.

Symptoms of Tuberculosis:-
Around 30-35% people who are afflicted with HIV develop Tuberculosis. HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus) weakens out immune system making it prone to various types of diseases. HIV destroys out WBCs (White Blood Cells) which are responsible for protecting body against germ coming from outside the body and when a person comes in contact with Tuberculosis bacteria then the body is not able to kill or decimate it, and hence the person becomes affected by it.

Those without HIV also get victimised by this disease. These people are those people who catch this disease from entry of contaminated (having Tuberculosis bacteria) and thus become affected by it.
Its symptoms may include fever, chills, extreme fatigue, night sweats, loss of appetite and weight loss.

Tuberculosis is of two types:

1)Pulmonary Tuberculosis- Tuberculosis which affects lungs. Its symptoms may include chest pain, and a prolonged coughing producing cough (phlegm).

2)Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis :In some cases Tuberculosis does not occur in respiratory system. This mostly takes place in the case of HIV patients, Young children. Some of its sites include : Pleura (Membrane of lungs), central nervous system, genitourinary system, in bones and joints.

Who are most susceptible to it?

People who are most susceptible to it include
1. People is Sub-Saharan region. In Sub-Saharan region the percentage of HIV people is very high due to lack of sanitation and other things and the people living there are most likely to get the disease from the victims of tuberculosis.

2. People who inject illicit drugs.

3. People who live around people vulnerable to this disease (prisoners and homeless people living in filthy dirty places).

4. Those who smoke cigarettes are having nearly twice the risk of developing tuberculosis than non smokers.

5. Health care provider serving people affected with it.

Treatment of Tuberculosis

If Tuberculosis is in an inactive state then an antibiotic called Isoniazid is given for six to twelve months. (It is not given to pregnant women).

Active Tuberculosis is treated with INH and drugs such and refampin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide. Drug therapies for Tuberculosis may last for months and even for years.

Diagnosis of Tuberculosis

Most common diagnostic test of TB is simple skin test also called Mantoux test. A small amount of Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) is injected in the person's forearm. After 48-72 hours the doctor looks for a reaction on the testing site. A red hard bump indicates a positive test for TB.

Blood tests are used to determine whether the TB is active or inactive. Sputum can also be used to look for presence of Tuberculosis causing bacteria.

Chest X-ray and Computer Tomography (CT) are used to diagnose TB. If the immune system traps the TB bacteria and creates scar tissue, this tissue and the lymph nodes may harden like stone in a clarification process. This results in granuloma (Rounded Marble-like scars) that often appear on X-ray and CT Scans.

TB is nothing but just an air borne disease and can affect anyone. We should underpin the person afflicted with it to fight against this disease.

Dented, Tainted God.

People, nowadays have become so much replete of avarice that they didn't even left the God pious. They have made it venal and even the almighty has come in for corruption as the people have maligned, slandered and have devastated its pious image. Even the God has to weep.

Yes, what you read is utterly true. The God of a humongous population of the whole world has to weep after watching the real truth.

The image of cricket is a religion, a God, a deity and everything for people has become tarnished. The game has recently got such a great whack that it would take pretty much time to recuperate. Recently some traitors of the religion succeeded in breaking the pious image of the Cricket. The perception of people about the probity, integrity and credibility of this God has fallen through.

Many followers of this religion entered into a state of trauma when they came to know about the big web of spot-fixing network.  Recently a scam proved to be a very shocking for those who pursue this religion.

Lately IPL fixing scam came to limelight which vexed      many people. Many big names like S. Sreesanth , Rajasthan Royals player Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan and then came the great blow. People came to know that prominent and promising cricketers like Ajit Chandila have been embroiled in these scams and video tapes and other detail then busted a great scam in which national player Sreesanth has been named.  Delhi police on may apprehended these three cricketers and alleged that Sreesanth has received 40 Lakhs to give more than 14 runs in an over in a match against Kigns XI Punjab. Chandila, as alleged, had received an advance of 20 lakhs from bookies for fixing a match against Pune Warrior . Chandila gave the desired outcomes to the bookies but forgot to gave a cue to the bookies before bowling the bowlers to fix the match and lost the earned money. Chandila is also alleged to have been the middleman between the bookies and Ankeet Chavan. Soon after the revelation of the fixing scams many big names start coming. Vindoo Dara Singh, Bollywood actor and son of Late. Dara Singh, was also arrested by the Mumbai Police and Son-in-law of BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) President Narayanaswamy Srinivasan, Gurunath Meiyappan, one of the owner of CSK (Chennai Super Kings).

These things are really very shocking and traumatizing. These cons have not even left the Cricket. Sports are meant for inculcating honesty and boldness in people and is not meant for making money. If the match is fixed and premeditated then what is the fun of watching it, what is the meaning of playing it.
 Its completely ridiculous and ludicrous.
Game should be played for fun and for the nation not for money.

A Silent Killer.

Hypertension or arterial hypertension is a very serious and grave condition which can make you or your beloved ones sleep before you could blink. In hypertension the pressure in our arteries accelerate and mount up which propels the heart to work faster as well as with more power to maintain the supple of blood in the vessels and can have dire consequences.Normal blood pressure is generally below 120/80 mm HG (Systolic= 90-119) (Diastolic= 60-79) and hypertension is caused when the reading is at least 140/90 mm HG  .

Effects of High Blood pressure:-
1. High blood pressure can annihilate your arterial system debilitating the artery's inner lining. This launches a cascade of processes which make our arterial wall thick and stiff called arteriosclerosis. This causes fats from your diet to enter your arteries and accumulating there which subsequently causes choking of blood supply in your body leading to heart failure, kidney failure, cerebral hemorrhage.

2. Due to continued supply of blood from the weak and feeble arteries, a section of arteries could swell and this could lead to rupture giving way to internal bleeding and causing the victim to die.

3. Heart Failure: Because of hypertension your heart has to do more work than its capacity or its potential and this cause cause heart muscles to weak and work with less efficacy leading to heart failure.

4.

Hypertension is one of the causes of Dementia. Hypertension blocks the supply of blood to our brain causing dementia.

5.Stroke happens when our brain doesn't receive adequate and ample supply of blood or oxygen. The obliteration of arteries can lead to internal bleeding in the brain and can also lead to stroke.

6. High blood pressure can lead to damage of arteries and small blood vessels in kidney curtail the efficiency of kidneys and restraining them from filtering blood and therefore making kidneys recede.

Symptoms of Hypertension:-
Victims of hypertension rarely exhibit any abnormal condition. A proportion of people victimized by the ailment report headache in the back most probably in the morning (as in case of 32nd US Prez Franklin D. Roosevelt), altered or blurred vision, fainting and lightheadedness. Problems in kidney, heart etc. can lead to Hypertension too. People with thyroid, truncal obesity, glucose intolerance are more prone to the attack.
Breathlessness, cough, chest pain, blood stained sputum, heart muscles damage (Due to high blood pressure), anemia, kidney damage are things which cast the web of this serious and chronic disease.

Irritability, anger, lack of energy and difficulty in breathing are prevalent in children affected by the illness.

Causes of Hypertension:

Hypertension rises with aging. This could generally have an impact on someone due to genes factor and environmental situation. Recently numerous genes variant which affect the blood pressure have been discovered but the genetic causes have been murky and gloomy as enough study and research has not been done in this sector. Vitamin D deficiency and obesity also contribute in a brobdingnagian manner in the hypertension.

Diagnosis of Hypertension:

Hypertension Stage 1: Blood pressure 140-159 mm HG systolic and 90 mm HG diastolic.

Hypertension Stage 2: Blood pressure- systolic 160 or higher and diastolic 100 or higher.

Blood pressure is measured by an instrument sphygmamonometer. If your doctor has observed high blood pressure in your body he will then take your blood pressure reading in three other appointments as blood pressure level fluctuate after that he may recommend some tests like ECG (Electrocardiogram), urine test and blood test.

Prevention

1.Maintain normal body weight.
2.Reduce dietary sodium intake (<6g of NaCl (Sodium Chloride) and <2.4g of Sodium per day)
3.Limit alcohol consumption to no more than 3 units/day for men and 2 units per day for women.
4.Consume a balanced diet.
5. Walk for at least 30 minutes per day and do exercises and meditation.

Awareness
World Health Organisation (WHO) has identified hypertension as the leading cause of cardiovascular mortality leading to innumerable deaths. World Hypertension League (WHL) has said that around 50% people even don't know that they are affected by it. Every day May 17 is observed as World Hypertension Day. Using Mass media and Internet people are making others aware of this disease therefore disseminating knowledge of this disease.

Now we all have a need to do something, to do something for the people and for the welfare of the society.

Be wary of the dragon.

The recent diplomatic visit of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang stimulated a plethora of articles, blog and tweets on the internet as well as in newspapers and news channels. The recent visit for global dialogues between the two major economies being seen as very promising and enticing was welcomed whole heartedly. The visit lured investors, think tanks as well as political leaders succumbing them to the belief that with new friendship and pacts it was going to substantially manipulate the global economy. Everyone believing that the new Chinese leadership is going to adopt a soft as well as wild stance and is going to forsake and abandon the feeling of animosity and bitterness towards India and will deem India as its friend and a partner notwithstanding a foe. The recent caveat given by exiled Chinese blind social activist Chen Guangcheng to India carries and very great hidden meaning in it. Chen, who became the first person to escape house arrest in Beijing said that, “ Chinese people are not like that but the government’s word can never be trusted. It is an authoritarian regime” and Indian government needs to be indeed focused on it.

The visit of Chinese Prime Minister has terminated but still some questions were evaded and their remedy seems to be elusive. The trip was a very good presage of development for the Chinese side and there in China it was considered as an economy filliping and underpinning visit which is going to support the Chinese economy in the long run but was the visit meant for India too or was it an ex parte believing only in Chinese future growth.

Out of China’s 73 fortune 500 companies only 5 were represented in the business delegation and the other thing is that only one company in business delegation was ready to buy things from her while other were just here to sell.

The other motive which veneered the real reason for friendship with India could be a strong military base search. After the withdrawal of the USA’s (United States of America) troops from Afghanistan, China would be very curious to set its feet there and for that purpose it wants to work meticulously and assiduously for the purpose. For the purpose China would inevitably look for some defence strong allies. But due to the dispute of China and Japan over the Senkaku islands, China needs some new allies who could compatibly work with it and this might be the reason behind the visit of Chinese Premier to India and Chinese President to Russia.

The other reason that shrouds the sudden inclination and proclivity of China towards India might be due to economic reason. China and India are the world’s fastest emerging economies. European Union has not completely recuperated from the crisis and US also seems not be resilient and immune against it. At this point of time China needs some new nations. Now with its dispute and wrangle with nations like Thailand, Vietnam and Japan against it on the South China issue it needs to look for some new nations to help its economy soar and grow by leaps and bounds and for this purpose China want to contact the lavish and groovy Indian economy which is exhibiting a remarkable rate of growth to trounce its rivals.

The conclusion that comes from these things is that China wants to just use India for its own purpose and is deficient of any intention of helping and working with India. The recent incursion of Chinese soldiers in Indian territory just before the arrival of Chinese PM let the cats out of the bag portraying China’s real intention and feelings towards India. The other thing is that this meeting didn’t emphasize even a bit on issues pertinent to boundary division and regular flouting of border rules by Chinese soldiers. China, which has been claiming Aksai Chin and Arunachal Pradesh as its own parts has not backed out of the stance and the Chinese PM remained evasive to such issues.

I would not say that India should not work with China but the thing is India should choose a way where it is going to remain safe with its impeccable probity, credibility and integrity and should opt out a place where it is also going to be benefited.

Sino-Indo Relations

The concurrent sting of time proved to be a superb and enormously marvellous for the mutual cooperation and shared onus as two major and emerging super powers were concurrent with each other trying to abate the onerous and formidable problematic situations between the two countries which have been disrupting the tranquillity process with the dragon.

After the terrible and annihilating combat with the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in the dreary year of 1962 the bonding between the two neighbouring global states degraded and decelerated reaching the nadir. From a time when the denizens of both New Delhi and Beijing used to say “Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai” (Indians and Chinese are brothers) we fall into a ditch where there was not unification, brotherhood but abundance animosity and plethora of vexing issues that eventually gave birth to deluge of problems, which both the countries are still facing contemporarily.

From the war till now many central government came and went away, different Prime Minister and Presidents have been elected, various new ministers had got the different-different portfolios. But still the situation between the two global states didn’t show any aberration at all and didn’t deviate for the thorny as well as routing path which had been adopted by both the nations in the dreadful war.

Several promises have been made from both the sides but, due to deficiency of mutual cooperation, aid and willingness no progress has been made and the relationship between the two country has not exhibited even a single presage of amelioration. Progress has been severely impeded and the developmental work looks like unrealistic. What exaggerated the condition later was the border intrusion by the People Liberation Army (PLA) which obviously flouted the treaty, pacts and border etiquettes.

Recent incursion of PLA soldiers in the Daulat Beg Oldie sector of India. China from the very commencement has been having a belligerent issue towards India on the border issue and it has till now not acknowledged any real boundary with India and the other thing is it also claims Aksai Chin and Arunachal Pradesh as its own parts notwithstanding Indian provinces. It has also been curbing and hindering trade in South China sea from where around 50-60% of India’s shipped goods come.

All such issues have from the very beginning not permitted the conduction of foreign dialogue between the two countries and that why despite of being so much closer we have not been able to do anything good.

But now the bellicose dragon seems to be having mild attitude towards New Delhi. With a turnover and transformation in the Chinese leadership, India has something good to enjoy. The new leaders seem to be having a very soft attitude towards India and another good thing is that both the new Prime Minister and President of PRC joined politics after 1962 and are therefore should not be carrying any bitter feeling towards India.

The newly elected PM Li Keqiang presently is on a diplomatic visit to India. Li Keqiang a sangfroid and placid man, has on his visit to India heavily cooperated with Indian agencies here and has portrayed clear omen of a good relationship between the two nations. China and India have also signed a eight historic agreements to facilitate the work between the two countries.

India and China both one of the fast emerging economies as well as the super powers of the world and both of them if work in the correct direction collectively can pen down new history. What they need is just cooperation and brotherhood. If we impart this feeling in both these countries then one day we would see both as invincible super powers.

Hypocritical code of conduct.

What question baffles the Indian voter contemporarily is “When the enormous corruption is going to be debilitated from our daily life”. Corruption as we all know is a menace as well as nuisance for all the people and this thing is rampant in the today’s world. Corruption impacts our life in a very bad way sometimes living us all bereft. Every denizen of the world is always poised to upbraid the corruption and contemptuously treat it as a sin. This issue indeed is really very distressing and disgusting and repletes our soul with despair.

But the issue in my perspective is really very mind boggling. What bewilders me is that, on one side we chide as well as abuse corruption while on the other hand it is one of the most crucial as well as vital issue for the people and for people it is indispensable, sans which they can not manage at all. We all stand in protest against corruption but still we are ready to inculcate the corruption in the people. We people, ourselves infuse the corruption in our coming generation and then congregate on Jantar Mantar to protest against the people in the authorities. But have we ever thought about our own code of conduct which can’t handle anything until we use corruption? The remedy to the question lies in a big “NO”. From the buying and selling of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) cylinders to the match of cricket we can’t live without our dear corruption.

But the real fact dwells in the thing that we ourselves want corruption. If we get it annihilated we will ourselves repent on our actions.

Let’s take a real example of the fact. From the commencement of the 2G (2nd Generation) telecom scam to the Railgate and Coalgate, we have been incessantly rebuking the UPA-II government which has always been cuddled by the monstrous scams. But the matter of fact is the people of Karnataka still voted for the INC (Indian National Congress) in the assembly election which has always been engulfed by the brobdingnagian corruption accusations. People voted for a government having people like A.Raja as its former ministers. Many political analysts dubbed this election as a BJP’s defeat rather than a Congress’ victory but still what happened is as transparent as a glass without any scepticism.

For me this was just an ostentatious reason. The authentic reason for Congress’ clear-cut victory is Indian voter’s rational thinking. Indian voter deals with votes in a pragmatic manner. The voters remain unfazed by the corruption and neither it is influenced by jokes (Rahul Gandhi promised to give Karnataka a corruption-free government), the voters succumb to just two things which really matter to them.

1. Their own safety.

2. Their own identity (their own religion, sect etc.)

In Karnataka people didn’t look to BJP this time because of their safety. In Karnataka the BJP was not able to make the muslims feel safe and the muslims contemplated that their interest is going to remain vulnerable in the BJP regime so the Muslims of Karnataka vote for the Congress.

The other thing which influence the voting in the nation is that people prefer their own people in front of potential of the contenders and judges them on the basis of their caste, sect, sex, religion etc. and this thing tremendously influence the outcome of the results.

But still we say we want to eradicate corruption. As far as I am concerned Indians have to opt between two choices. The first choice is the simplest of all- Legalise Corruption. Corruption has cast such a wide web in India that it seems insurmountable until and unless a huge concern is shown by us. So the most simplest thing would be to make it legitimate in the eyes of law.

The next choice in front of us is to fight back against it and debilitate it. This can only be done by the unification of the whole nation. When our nation can get unified for rape cases, for a mere cricket match, why not become united by heart for this matter. Because until and unless we stand by the cause and underpin it and fillip measures against the corruption nothing can be done.

Now its your choice. Simpler way makes you weak and meek by not making you aware of the real life hardships and doesn’t lead to the real destination while the difficult path although being very harsh takes you to the destination.

Now its your choice.

Attention!!!!

Jean-Jacques Rousseau, the person whose philosophy tremendously stimulated the French revolution, once said that, "Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet" and in my perspective this is the most opulent thing that should be advised to the Indian administration on the issue of foreign dialogues with Pakistan.

Recently Pakistan was gifted with a noteworthy and unprecedented poll and also got a complete rejuvenation of the authorities and got their former two time Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as the new head. After being elected as the head of Pakistan Mr. Nawaz Sharif  has made many promises in respect to the relationship and bonding of Islamabad with the New Delhi and has said that the new Pakistani government is going to strive and endeavour to ameliorate the relationship with India and will do everything possible to again normalize the situation at border as well as has also assured the Indian side of diminishing the terror from Pakistani side and has also promised to help India in fight against terrorism and has also exhibited his willingness to help both the nations forget the bruises of Kargil which took place because of one of the most scoundrels Commander in chief of the military and has also officially sent an invitation letter to the Prime Minister of India to attend his oath-taking ceremony.

But the question which leaps out from here is that, does India really need to go the way of Mr. Nawaz Sharif by immediately accelerating the foreign relationship dialogue. Then my answer to the question is "NO".

India should slowly and slowly accelerate the peace progress but should not suddenly jump into the usual dialogue progress. In February 1999, the Pakistani defence services chiefs including Pervez Musharraf called on then Indian Prime Minister Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Government House, Lahore. As the call concluded the Pakistani authorities emphatically proclaimed that this time the Pakistani Military would not be permitted to disrupt and hinder the historic foreign process. Three months later we were duped by the Pakistani side.

This time also the same thing looms large.  There is every probability that we can again be deceived.  In Pakistan nothing happens without the concurrence and consensus of the military officials. Military there rules large and this is a fact to be noted that every time India has been conned by the military of Pakistan whether it is Pervez Musharraf or someone else, the military has again offended us. And therefore the Indian side needs to be wary and cautious.

The other thing is terrorism. Despite of various promises Pakistani side has never been much serious about the issue of terrorism. Pakistani Governments regularly fund the budding terrorism and help it sprout up on their soil and prepare terrorists to assault the Indian side and this time India needs to be assertive and needs to exhibit obstinacy in this matter otherwise the things would never transform.

Saying anything about Mr. Nawaz Sharif’s government now would be hypothetical but the Government of India should be careful not to do something against the welfare of its people.

Pros of having a pet.

The days recently gone by have been very hectic and full of exertion days for the government of India. Although all the days are very busy for it (dealing with the opposition and fighting for its tainted ministers) but these days really very busy and two of the union ministers and also PM's favourite had to step down because of the accusations alleged on them.

But do you know that even in such grave matter the apex court of the country used its wit and humour ingeniously to crack an amusing joke. Albeit the joke has become old with the passage of time but still every time you listen to it, it has something newer and more amusing and sometimes ridiculous to give to you. This joke is really very-very amusing and exemplary of being deficient in pragmatism (although all jokes are like that but this one is different) and when the highest court of the nation cracks it, it has some great covert meaning.

The joke is that, "The government is going to ensure that CBI work with independence, sovereignty and sans any political intrusion."

Nowadays frankly speaking the intelligence service of India is an embarrassment as well as a matter of shame for the whole nation.

But the genuine and authentic thing is that the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) has in a very cunning and witty manner has entered into a secret collusion with the Government of India. Both have collectively even carved out a procedure which is as follows

Initially the ministers have a huge avarice do scams and injudiciously harm as well as assault the common people and all such matters are not allowed to emerge into the limelight but if by chance such things come in public then CBI is given the onus to grill the ministers and handle the case but we forget to recall that CBI is the parrot of government having multiple owners, but it works as efficiently and obediently as a pet dog and never lets its owners fail. It does everything to safeguard them and in most of the cases also succeeds to. The other way in which the government uses the CBI is of using it as ammunitions. People going against are shown the government’s arm and this dog (in the form of parrot) cut them if they don’t abide by the government.

Lately, when the disclosure came that CBI has sent the investigation of Coal block allocation to the Law Ministry for consideration, although it has been strictly prohibited from doing such things. The other thing is, it let the PMO as well as the Law Ministry alter the files as well as the facts which were the most vital facts of the report. First CBI repudiated the charges but then CBI chief came out saying “We are a part of the government.” We all know that CBI is a part of government but not a pet of government. It is not supposed to work of government in cases against the government.

Sorry to say but CBI is the most shameful as well as the absurd organ of the Indian intelligence service as well as the government. This institution desparately lacks probity.

Somewhere boon somewhere bane.

Lately Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) was in-toto trounced in the Karnataka elections. INC (Indian National Congress) trumped the party in its only base in South India where it had made its first government in the year 2008. But this time BJP faced an embarrassing defeat in the elections and reached their nadir performance in Karnataka elections. Some even said that this defeat was an innings defeat for the BJP and it definitely was. But why such things took place?  Why this time BJP bear the brunt of the defeat? This is because this time the main point, the fulcrum of this anger is corruption. In Karnataka Congress used the measures which are definitely going to be against the UPA in the 2014 elections. Congress in the Karnataka used the issue of BS Yeddyurappa and other scandals which cuddled and huddled BJP in the elections and have tarnished as well as slandered the image of the BJP’s first government in the South India. But what happened there is happening at the Central level and is going to have a noticeable and significant impact on the UPA in the year 2014.

In Karnataka BS Yeddyurappa proved to be a suicidal human bomb for BJP. Yeddyurappa anticipated the elections as well as the mood of people wrongly and thought that after drifting apart from the BJP he would become the new Chief Minister of Karnataka but it has been proved that he has got many years of contemplation.

Issue of corruption thrashed the gigantic dreams of BJP and is going to be deadly for the Congress when the general election comes. The voter of India has now got used to scams but has not got a proclivity for the scams. Although the voter got many gates (Coal gate, 2G, Rail gate, Commonwealth scams and many others) but it has not got a tendency to it but notwithstanding the voter has become unforgivable to the one who uses the power in a very arrogant and haughty manner, involves in nepotism and indulges in wrong use of power and malpractices and the one who exhibits dereliction of duty towards the nation. BJP has got the confidence of the voters of Karnataka completely shattered and it is the same condition of UPA in the Delhi. The reputation of its so-called head has been recently dented and the ouster of Ashwani Kumar, one of his favourites has flawlessly shown his importance in the UPA powerhouse.  Congress has become a national absurd joke and the as its ministers have been embroiled in various scams it has become definitely an exemplary for the governments and ministers who scam.

And the fact in Karnataka is that Congress has not won, but BJP has lost.

UPA’s contemporary image has been completely obliterated and if it doesn’t come with something new otherwise it will be completely annihilated.

Friday 10 May 2013

Hauling over the coals.

Nowadays a tornado has sieged the INC (Indian National Congress). Scams have again engulfed the contemporarily infamous Congress Party. Congress seems to be cuddled by humongous scams and this there is no way out. It has not been long time. INC till now has not been able to forget the bruises of shame that it got due to its former Telecom Minister A. Raja but now it two ministers Railway Minister and Law Minister seem to exaggerating and aggravating the situation for Congress by again giving the opposition an opportunity to upbraid and chide the regime of current government.

Albeit the matter seems to the same that is corruption but this time the plot has somehow been altered. This time neither the public nor the concerned authorities would need to make that much efforts that they made at the time of Raja because this time the matter is clear because this time the pet parrot of the government has used him larynx to voice the truth and authenticity.

Congress top-class ministers Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal and Aswini Kumar have been made to stand in the dock with charges of impropriety and misuse of power. Although the government has been completely rebutting all the allegation but the pressure as well as the evidences on it have mounted and now this time there is hardly any escape.  Let’s discuss the matter in a segregated manner.

First case is of Pawan Kumar Bansal, Railway Minister of India. For him relationship has proved to be a ditch of failure and this can ever decimate and annihilate his vivid political career. Excess of everything is bad but Mr. Bansal couldn’t unravel the dictum and fell into the trap of emotions and sentiments. In order to help his nephew he used his power in an excessively wrong manner and indulged in corruption.

The thing that happened with Mr. Bansal is that his nephew Vijay Singla has been given a kick back of whopping 90 crores by a member of the Railway Board to secure a more lucrative posting. Now when it came on Pawan Bansal he repudiated the charges by proclaiming that he had nothing to do with the matter. It is just a matter of common sense. The person was to be given such a big post and the minister has to sign his promotion for the purpose and for the purpose his nephew received the bribe so how Mr. Bansal was not aware of the things going on in his ministry.

He is a top-graded minister and has been among Sonia Gandhi’s favourites but his future seems to be lying in darkness and despair.

The second case is of Ashwini Kumar. The Apex Court had strictly forbidden CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) from  disclosing and revealing the Coal-Gate Scam report to anyone, not even to the Prime Minister but CBI didn’t abide by the instructions of Supreme Court by showing reports to the Law Minister and the Solicitor General. At first when the revelation came that the report has been leaked, CBI refused to accept that it had shown the reports to the PMO and Law Ministry but it didn’t take it long to change it proclamation and told the Supreme Court that it had on the request of Law Ministry has sent the report to the ministry and Solicitor General of India as well as the Law Minister and some PMO officials read the report and made change into the report.

But in reality the change was a very bigger as well as crucial change because this change has obliterated the heart of the report and CBI admitted that the change made were related to the allocation of the coal blocks from 2006 to 2009 and the twisted reports have completely changed the face of the report.

The fate of Ashwini Kumar lies in complete darkness as even Apex Court has dubbed CBI as a pet parrot of the government and that’s why Law Minister’s( a PM’s favourite)  future seems to be falling in the ditch of despair.

Both the ministers who have been alleged are top graded ministers but in the cases in which they have been embroiled is also a bigger one and needs to be dealt seriously as all the facts as well as evidences are against the minister.

This issue is really a very big major issue and the culprits should be dealt in a severly and harsh way and they should not be left.

Beijing's obfuscating policy.

Nowadays India's foreign relations' contemporary state is very tumultuous. Pandemonium has sieged and engulfed India's foreign affair. With Pakistan its Sarabjit Singh matter and with China its border crossing matter. Foreign relations are cladded in the blanket of turmoil.

Lately Chinese soldiers intruded in the Indian Territory illegitimately and the Chinese incursion has aroused many doubts and scepticism on the Chinese Policy towards India. China albeit proclaiming that People’s Republic Of China wants to enhance its relationship further with India in the commerce sector, defence sector, trade, exports, imports etc. so that both the nations could earn gigantic and humongous profits with the aid of each other but the attitude of China towards India has been a threatening one. China from the very commencement has been involved in border incursions and other border related. Chinese soldiers every time illegally cross the LOC (Line of Control) and threaten India’s military strength. This time again China has done the same thing.

Chinese soldiers intruded in the so-called impervious Indian territory past 19-km and erected military tents in the Indian region. Although Chinese ministry repudiated the accusations being alleged on the Chinese soldiers but India officials have claimed and confirmed the fact that the thing is true. After all these things the lax, lazy and reluctant Indian administration rushed to work and from then on three flag meeting have been conducted but unfortunately all the flag meeting have been futile.

The real thing is that Beijing’s attitude towards India seems to be shrouded with obfuscation. China has been two faced. On one side it says that it wants to ameliorate its stance with India and wants to heal the bruises of the 1962 war but one the other side it maintains a belligerent stance with India. Its soldiers intrude in the Indian Territory and regularly vex the Indian administration.

China is definitely trying the check the level of tolerance of India but in spite of following a two faced policy it should look forward to strengthening its relationship with India and stop following such incongruous policies.
