Lucrative but Deceptive.

Lately the UPA (United Progressive Alliance) promulgated the new Food Security Bill. The food security bill which has been enacted by the government in order to woo the pauper denizens of the nation in the election time is somehow in the long run going to condemn and upbraid the whole nation.

The bill plans to distribute grains to two-third of the Indian population at 90 per cent subsidy costing over Rs. 100,000 crores.

The food security bill aims at giving people many things with nothing and is going to deteriorate the work ethics. At election time the government is just bus in pitching its permanent perpetual vote bank. This bill can be termed as the most brilliant strategy used by the UPA government to woo the voters.

But if we mull over the real welfare of the nation then I would suggest that the government should invest such a whopping amount for the amelioration of country’s business. The colossal amount of money could have been spent on roads, business, for the erection of new hospitals, dams and schools, in order to renovate the sloppy economy and such things if used warily could be used to raise the state’s revenue taxes and could be used to create new jobs and could carve out new path for entrepreneurial development. But if Congress does this thing then it would probably lose its vote bank but the thing is that if you want to lead the country then you have to do what a political party can’t do. You have to come ahead as a leader, have to think for the nation but not for election.

There are other risk factors pertinent to the bill to.

The first thing is our economy. We saw in the latest budget session, the vulnerability of the national finances as well as dearth of monetary funds being faced by country’s economy. The country’s faltering economy just can’t afford such an enormous amount. The other thing is that, what the whole India has noticed in such provisions are scams and that the money intended to be allocated to poor people have been diverted in glut to some unauthorised people. Hence the bill is not implemented impeccably at the grass root level could bear huge scams leading to tarnishing and slandering of country’s image with scam charges and accusations.

The other thing is forgery. In Karnataka around 83% people call themselves poor which the state data blatantly shows that even less than a quarter of people in the state are pauper. While last year the West Bengal government came to know that the 40% of the BPL (Below Poverty Line) card holders are in fact not at all poor and impoverished.

And in this case it looks as if the government is itself trying to make people lazy and indolent and want to create a vote bank for it rather than creating new jobs and opportunities in the country.

At last I would like to conclude that the government notwithstanding making its people lazy should help the poor people in rising above and debilitating the poverty word from the country.

Recuperating fast.

Russian Flag
Many years have passed on since the time when Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) was fragmented into 15 nations.  But after the obliteration Soviet Union many things have to be annihilated. The Soviet name, Soviet Monopoly and the breaking of arguably the most powerful nation of the world.  But one of the most crucial things that broke down was Soviet Monopoly. The whole world now tilted towards the USA forsaking the broken Soviet in solitude. The crown of world’s most powerful nation was snatched away from Soviet Union to be given to the US.  Soviet Union had till then maintained a huge dignity and friendship with the whole world and enjoyed an enormous ascendancy in many global states for example Afghanistan. Due to Russia’s geographical location (situated in Eurasia) it has been pretty easy for it to maintain its military bases and other things in many countries but now the monopoly that has been exercised by Soviet Union was in no time presided over by the United States of America  (USA). Russia took a long time to recuperate and again become resilient and during this United States took over as the world no.1 and expanded its friendship as well as power to go far ahead than Russia. Russia is still having much power but now not up to that extent and somehow its renowned power, immense spunk and humongous capabilities have crumbled away in the sand of history and the spunk, power and capabilities that it had lost would be quite impossible to be retrieved and recalled.

But now the Russia has doubtedly silently again started measures to get back the same dignity and power. Russia is making huge defence deals with countries like India and has also emerged out as one of the greatest exporter of arms while huge research work, space work etc. have again been taken on the track in order to again do an unprecedented wonder and to establish itself as a model of growth.

Russia has again started recollecting the old memories and regaining the powers. Russia is again deemed to have recommenced its power gaining programs.

Russia appears ready to again rebalance in the terrorism and crisis hit Afghanistan. It is trying to stage its re entry in Afghanistan by erecting its military camps in Afghanistan after the withdrawal of North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) forces from Afghanistan next year.  For many years Pentagon has been buying ammunitions and choppers for Afghan armed forces from Russia , but now Russia is needed for their service and to emend the equipment and to discard any problems in them and for this purpose Russia has to set up new military bases in Afghanistan.

According to Sergei Koshelev, head of Russia defence ministry’s chief administration Russia will consider various options for establishing military camps in territory of Afghanistan. But political analysts are looking towards the pitching of camps which is meant for mending of the arms is an ostensible reason and the real motive of Russia would be to cast its physical domination shadow in Afghan territory after the moving out of NATO and US forces. But contrary to this Moscow has repudiated such claims and has said that its perspective is that its ammunitions are maintained in good shapes.

But the real motive can only be adjudged in the future and claiming anything now would be being hypothetical.

Auspicious Bonding.

China’s new leadership is exhibiting auspicious and promising omens of having a sanguine relationship with India. Chinese president Mr. Xi Jinping during the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) summit in Durban, South Africa has made a pitch for both the countries (India and China) to pitch strong ties. The Chinese president during the BRICS meeting proffered India to erect strong and robust military contact and to deepen trust between the two countries, State Media quoted him as saying this during his meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in Durban late on Wednesday evening.

The newly elected President of People’s Republic of China (PRC) on his first meeting with the Indian Prime Minister, on the sidelines of the recently terminated BRICS summit asked the Prime Minister to boost the defence ties urging both the nations to ponder over the declining ties between the two countries due to illegitimate insurgencies in border by Chinese military offices as well as due to the belligerent and inimical mood of China towards India.

But the ties somehow have been able to exhort the ties and bonding of the two neighbours. Besides this Chinese President also called for both the countries to soon jump on to the conclusion of the ongoing border disputes of the two countries.

According to Indian officials too Mr. Xi appears to be more eager than his predecessor to fend the Chinese relationship with India. This time with more power, enthusiasm and zeal too. China has also indicated its willingness to strengthening the ties with India by hosting a Jammu Kashmir Army officer’s delegation and also taking the delegation to facilities in Tibet for the first time in many years.

Analysts have proclaimed that Chinese administration’s this reaction has come after its recent dispute with Japan in East China Sea Islands and its soaring tensions in the South China Sea with other nations.

On the border issue Mr. Xi said that, “China and India should improve and make good use of mechanism of special representatives to strive for a fair, rational solution framework acceptable to both sides as soon as possible.” He also asked both the sides to “continue to safeguard peace in their border areas and prevent the issue from affected bilateral relations.” And also described both the countries having a similar historic mission to boost their social and economic development. Mr. Xi also said that China regards its relations with India as one of the most crucial one. Mr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India said that, “India and China would respect each other’s core interest and major concerns and will work ahead to deepen the relationship between the two countries and asked for co-operation from China too.”

The talks between both the nations have been wonderful and successful but only saying would not help. China has to show its co-operation with India to augment its diplomatic ties with India as well as strengthen the defence ties with India. If China abandons its hostile move towards India then wonders can take place in the relationship of the two countries. Both the country can work together with compatibility as well as with great zeal in order to take the relationship between the two countries to a really new level high.

On the same line.

India and America have now forgotten all their previous disputes, sorrows etc. so as to mould a new relationship that is unprecedented. Obama Administration is immensely emphasizing on lucrative Asia in order to rebalance its position and set its feet in Asia and India has also commenced its “LOOK EAST” policy and as a sequel to the policies of both the nation, the two colossal powers have given their relationship a new direction resulting in the strengthening of both the nations as well as their bonding.

The new relationship between the two countries has transformed the way both countries take a look at Asia. India being an Asian country wants to establish itself as a gargantuan power and USA, observing the humongous growth being portrayed by the Asian countries, is very excited to rebalance in Asia and is exhibiting more proclivity than ever and more tendency than it has ever shown in any other region.

Obama administration has amplified its stance on Asian countries in USA economic and foreign policies.  US Programs, trades, markets are humongously showing interest in the Asian counties and are exhibiting huge shifts towards Asian region because of its recent rapid and huge economic growth.

USA Asian policies traditionally are with the technologically advanced  Japan (For industry market) and security challenge from China but now because of India’s becoming a huge democracy, America has now made its stance clear that it is an India partner too.

US and India started their East India dialogue in the year 2010 and their major issues at the time are upholding peace and prosperity in the East Asian region and mindboggling issue is that of China. They both have seen the groundbreaking progress of China and increments in its power with its robust presence in the East Asia but neither wants to put the ultimate power in Chinese hands. Chinese military expanding etc. are major issues of concern and security challenge for both the nations but still both don’t have much to worry and are comfortable with each other in the region are trying to sustain good relations with institutions like ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) regional forum.

Freedom of Navigation

Now India and USA have resorted to responding to the regional controversies affecting the strategic relationship with East Asia. For example in South China Sea.  China says that the in-toto South China Sea is pertinent to it only and the whole region will be only controlled by it. India and USA with ASEAN have chided this move upbraiding China’s stand on the sea and have allocated their full support for the freedom of navigation.

India’s half sea-borne trade originates as well as comes from South China Sea and if such a move is implemented by People’s Republic of China then it will amount to enormous loss to all the East Asian regions. Even ASEAN countries have also condemned China for the same. With freedom of navigation system relationship between USA, India and East Asia can ameliorate.

APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Co-operation)

The other thing is APEC. When it was started in the year 1989, India’s foreign policies were not strong and robust so APEC from making India its part but now India’s foreign policies are good and lavish as well as developed. India also gave application for enrolment but the application was caught in moratorium. Now the USA is only having the influential power to help India admit in the APEC because of its huge influence and can make India admit in the APEC easily.

Now India and US have the opportunity to help each other develop as well as set their foot in Asia to promote compatibility and the economy of both the countries.

A promising global state:India

BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) is inevitably sans any scepticism India’s brick of emerging and reaching the zenith of global achievements and is concrete of India’s developing and auspicious global role. Now, New Delhi has ultimately grabbed a forum where it is one of the top leaders and can carve out new roads for economic development, as well as global partnership. You all have to concur with my point that concurrently India is standing at a unique unprecedented geo-political stage. The state which is pretty high above the daily trifles with neighbours and is not too far from the pinnacle point with expanding colossal power, being a repository of brotherhood, symbol of peace and tranquillity and statue of democracy and growth.

First of all immense amount of thanks to all the great martyrs and sons of motherland who forsook their lives for the sake of the nation and specially Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who took the country from from the stage when it was totally impoverished and with his subtle and assiduous techniques and schemes, lifted India up to great extent and now due to the witty planning which has resulted in India’s standing on this point and now the world is watching a huge and great leader in India.

At BRICS India is having its own importance and significance. It is having its own remarkable influence in the BRICS elite. But now some serious things are needed to be done at BRICS. BRICS, as I have mentioned above, is a great as well as wonderful international forum for India where it can mould its global role and shape its global outlook.  At this intellectual forum India must seize the moment to ink down new history of development in trade, economy, science and energy policies.

In BRICS India can regulate as well as boost trade in order to support the economy and to brace for challenges ahead. Growth of a country lies solely on its economy and India therefore has good time for penning down new trade ties and other economy boosting ways and is having a pretty good chance to galvanise partners (Russia, China, Brazil, South Africa),for its lucrative economy, who will work ahead with India in order to inflate and soar the growth and economy of India.

The BRICS partners (especially Russia and China) are immensely powerful and developed in defence sector and India can make good deals with them in this segment to ameliorate the efficiency of the nation in Military, Navy as well as Air Force.

Then, comes Science. Russia has already proved its efficacy and has accomplished huge success in Science sector and mainly in Space technology while China is also developing its Space technology and plans to send Chinese manned ships in the space by 2016 and is also preparing to build space stations by the next five years. Other science sectors like Medicine can also be developed with helps and co operation from these country and India should look at that.

In solar energy, turbine power plants etc. India can also look for great work and partnership with countries and can emerge triumphant in these fractions.

A last word

India is a great developing nation and current is having many options and BRICS can prove to be a great path and stair for India to move ahead and establish its identification as a great leader in world’s fields. Therefore India should use the BRICS platform very ingeniously and cunningly to move ahead.

Burying the hatchets.

China lately turned on a new chapter in its leadership with new cadre in power which in no time of assuming power proclaimed its proclivity of enhancing its comprehension with other countries and the anticipation as well as its tendency for a better bonding with other global states was heartily welcome by India.

But now the fog seems to be rising up and the smog shrouding the real meaning of the prediction. China and India are likely to face the old challenges notwithstanding new rulers in China.

The newly elected President of People’s Republic of China Mr. Xi Jinping is going to hold his maiden international meeting as Chinese President with India on 26 March in BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) summit in Durban, South Africa.

Chinese leaders have not rolled out any cue or indication of how the Chinese government is going to have talks with the Indian delegation at Durban. Although Mr. Xi in a meeting with journalists of BRICS country said that he is going to walk on the bridge of five proposals with India which would comprise of:-

1.     Maintaining strategic communication.

2.     Keeping ties on right track.

3.     Expanding cooperation in infrastructure.

4.     Mutual investment.

5.     Strengthening cultural ties.

6.     Increasing coordination on multi-lateral affairs

7.     Accommodating each other’s core concerns.

But the thing that prevails in Mr. Xi statement is that China is indifferent on Indian topic and is reluctant to discuss Sino-Indian relationship and is procrastinating the areas of core importance and ergo the give points of proposal moved by the new Chinese President were the same issue which were raised by his predecessor former Chinese President Hu Jintao.

Since taking on the power of China in hand the Chinese top leadership has been indulged in its internal matters and India also doesn’t feature in its top international priorities.

China’s main topic are pertinent to USA which is trying to set its feet in Asia and the other is dispute over the Senkaku island with Japan in East China sea and reports from Beijing official proclaim that China’s top priorities contemporarily are USA, Russia and Japan.

Albeit India is not a top priority of China but still India and China are each other’s key partners.

According to Indian consulate is China, Beijing companies are executing $55 billion worth the projects in India which is more than in any other nation and according to Communist Party of China’s (CPC) official newspaper “The People’s Daily” China is investing its main interest in India and both the countries can be compatible with each other.

If the reports and the sentiments of China towards India are true then it’s an awesome thing and both the countries can support each other’s development; but how they are going to do it is something that is pretty mesmerizing and enthralling to be watched out for and both the countries should first discuss matters of border concerns and China’s abetment to Pakistan and other issues which are working as the apple of discord between the two nations and are separating two great powers from working with each other for the welfare of the world and more importantly for the welfare of their denizens.

Miracles taking place.

India is a land of miracles and here miracles take place incessantly. Again a miracle is sprouting out here, ready to astound those who rebuke it and to shut down the mouths of critics and to prove itself worthy. Initial progress by the miracle is just a herald and in the long run this one is going to become an exemplary one.

CM of Bihar
Nitish Kumar
Bihar has lately become a good omen of growth for the whole nation. Once Bihar was a state sweltering with the heat of oppression. The state which was once replete with the putrid of crime is emerging out from the darkness. The place where “Gundaraj” used to loom large and the place where the morning of justice didn’t used to cast its spell over the people. The state where the voice of freedom of bourgeois never used to reverberate. But the aforementioned miracle took place there. The miracle of administration has again proved that a good dedicated leadership with intelligentsia administration replenished with the dream and desire to work hard to eliminate injustice, obliterate the criminals and empower the people.

Bihar has admitted a registered GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of 12 percent per year for eight years which is the fastest among major Indian states and is a presage that in coming years Bihar is going to give tough competition to big states like Gujarat, New Delhi etc. Bihar’s this progress has portrayed that good governance can transform everything.

Bihar once known as a place where children didn’t used to go to schools and where illiteracy was prevalent has now turned to a new leaf of life. In Bihar social progress was gigantic and incredible this time. The state recorded an augmentation in literacy level with 17% in the decade 2001-2011 and female literacy hiked at even more speedy rate with 20% increment.

There used to be a time when due to less developed medical condition and sanitary system Bihar was far worse than the national average in life expectancy but now it has nearly equalled the Indian life expectancy average. (Bihar’s life expectancy=65.8 years, and national 66.1 years). Bihar’s death rate has also plummeted to 6.7 per thousand against the national death rate.

Such a wonderful boost in these figures is wonderful and praiseworthy. Bihar with such a great progress has become a repository of good governance and miracles.

But still some darker areas are left. Bihar is having lowest ratio of social spending per capita and is India’s poorest state. Rural poverty in 2004-09 just declined by 0.4% against the national 8.2%(because of a major draught in the year 2009).

But some factors like curtailed migration of Bihar, are exhibiting that the prosperity of the state is soaring day by day.

Bihar has a good potential to emerge out as a great state in India and can work ahead to produce a good example of governance in india.

A wise enemy is better than a foolish friend.

With great power comes great responsibility and those in which great power is vested should ponder on it and understand the importance of the humongous power being allocated to them.

When you have been accommodated with tremendous power, then you are not like the same ordinary one as you used to be before. Authentically power is like a sweet poison. It should be used to empower or if not used warily in this respect then it will inevitably completely annihilate you.

This advice has been penned down this advice to the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Washington Free Beacon recently reported that, “According to United States of America’s intelligence and diplomatic officials China has covertly entered into an accord with Pakistan to erect a third nuclear reactor at Chashma in Punjab Province.” “The secret agreement for the Chashma-3 reactor was signed in Beijing during the visit by a delegation from the Atomic Energy Commission from FEB15-18.” The report added.  The agreement calls for the State run China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) to construct a 1000-MW power plant at Chashma, where two earlier Chinese were build.

But if China does this then it would be in violation of its international treaty. China joined Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) in the year 2005 which forbids People’s Republic of China from selling nuclear goods to any country that is not part of International Atomic Energy agency and that’s why the signed agreement bars China from selling reactors to Pakistan.

The other thing is the whole world knows that Pakistan is a safe heavenly abode of terrorism resides everywhere and is prevalent there in every place, every state and in the whole country. Nuclear energy is a very sensitive energy and could be very-very perilous if it gets into the hands of bad and scoundrels. This technology can be easily used by terrorists against humanity and in order to harm nations like India and that’s why for humanity sake China should mull over the use of this great tumultuous technology.

Fending the dragon off.

Fending the dragon off

Change is the exigency of today and People’s Republic of China (PRC) is aiming higher to prove itself as a promising quintessence of adaptation.

China very rapidly is unravelling the mystery engulfing the supreme success of great countries and is working with immense intellectual hard work in order to enrol itself into the elite of most advanced countries in the world. China has correctly envisaged that change with society equip you with large promiscuity and huge vistas.

The dragon commenced adapting to change through its leadership as “Change begins at Parliament”. Communist Party of China (CPC) has introduced a complete upheaval in the country’s high command politics. Former Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and President Hu Jintao abdicated their powers and Mr. Xi Jinping was elected the new President of China and Mr. Le Keqiang was made the Premier.

Mr. Xi Jinping
China has been giving a groundbreakingly tough competition to the whole world. China is concurrently having the position of world’s no. 2 economy and is having the biggest active standing military in the whole world and was recently dubbed as the world’s second biggest movie market. China also joined the elite group of countries having own aircraft carrier after introducing its first aircraft carrier Liaoning. China is becoming a topic of concern for the whole world as it is rapidly toppling other countries in order to be at the summit of everything. China has also worked internally with same efficacy as it had handled the international affairs. You would be astonished to know that People’s Republic of China (PRC) has seen a decline in number of poor people residing in the country. The Chinese administration took down the no. of poor people in the country from 606 Million to 212 Million in just 20 years (1981-2001) and this work is really laudable and the dragon should be extolled for this exemplary work.

China has shown the world that good and ingenious administration with witty projects can take a nation from rags to riches.

But still the model of Chinese growth is not impeccable. The problem of China is the same problem that India is facing contemporarily and that is barring India from being on top, the problem is corruption.

China was listed as a leading source of Global Outflows of tainted money in a report by Global Financial Integrity (GFI), Washington, USA. Illegitimate money flowing out of China was $420 billion in 2010 and exceeded $2.7 trillion for the decade ending 2010. It accounted for nearly half of the total outflows from all the developing global states.

But now here change seems to be working. The new leadership is concerned over corruption and has given a clarion call to brasses to overcome the short comings in the Chinese system of development and growth. New leaders of China have now asked their government to shun corruption and curb it so as to produce a clean image of country among the denizens and have also asked party workers and leaders to dedicate themselves completely to the people for development and growth of the country.

New President Mr. Xi Jinping and his colleagues have commenced many campaigns to raise awareness about dark effects of liquor and have asked people to deflate the level of pollution and these efforts are also paying as China observed a huge decline in the sale of liquor and the celebration of Chinese lunar year also observed less pollution.

The new leadership has cleared its stance that it wants to take the Chinese economy to a record high and new level.

But will they emerge out victorious.

Save the future.

A diagram of the human body outlining the key symptoms of pneumoniaWhat can be deemed as the most precious asset of a country? The most valuable and vital asset of a country is the children of the country. The children who are going to lead tomorrow, who are going to erect a robust nation and are the future leaders of our country. They are the people who are going to enhance the productivity as well as the functioning of the country, who are going to replenish the country’s exigencies and who are going to ameliorate the working of the nation.

But there is a very ingenious aphorism in English which needs to be mentioned here. If you want good results you have to do consistent efforts. You have to work hard in order to produce good result. No pain no gain, you have to first work out hard in order produce the exceptional think tanks of tomorrows.

To prepare exceptional leaders who will rein the country tomorrow, the country needs to shed out humongous amount of money on two factors. The two factors that can great mould the future of a nation are

1)      Health amenities

2)      Education

The need of the hour for India is to invest enormously in these two sectors. These two factors can carve out a new future for the country. These two sectors can produce wonderful unprecedented consequences.

To achieve good outcomes India needs to invest heavily on children. Various efforts by the government of India, state governments, NGOs have been commenced to help the country move up in these two sectors. Various researches have been funded and various types of schemes have also been implemented by the Government here in order to allocate children good education and health qualities. But still many lacunae are left in the implementation of these procedures which is the bone of contention vexing the country.

Science is the only thing through which every bad thing can be cured and treated. All problems and obstacles can be eradicated from their roots with the aid of science. India needs to do much work than it is doing the Child health sector. Innovation and efficiency in Child health sectors can result in tremendous growth and can help the country sustain its position in the list of advances and wonderful countries. Improved health care services can result in good working of the country. India is having the largest number of births in the world with more than 2.62 crore births per year and India can get out wonderful results from this thing. But now let’s address the real situation of the country. In India around 13 Lakh children die before even watching their first birthday and around 16 Lakh toddlers die before completing five years of their life. But the thing that we all need to emphasize on is, why do we have to face such a huge number of demises of children. Is there something very perilous and non-curable? Inevitably not! You would be very pissed off to know that the causes due to which the children die are in-toto preventable. In India, Pneumonia and Diarrhoea together account for a significant fraction of Child deaths in the country. There are more
 Multiple rotavirus particles.jpg
Rotavirus(in picture)
hospitalisations of children due to these ailments more than any other diseases. These two diseases are ubiquitous in children in India and is the cause behind the obliteration of the lives of children.

Diarrhoea is caused due to various pathogens. It is most commonly spread due to contaminated water supply and unhygienic food and person-to-person contact. Rich children in India are not adversely affected by this disease as they get good and hygienic nutrition and good health care services but the pauper children born to impoverished parents are very much prone to Diarrhoea as most of these children reside in slum areas where good healthcare condition and sanitation are not allocated to the people. Poor sanitation is there which leads to contamination of food and water and entry of pathogens in the body of children due to the affected food and water supply. Diarrhoea results in complete dehydration of body and acute severe diarrhoeas can be life-threatening too. One of the biggest problems of India i.e. Malnutrition, exaggerate the situation leading to more deaths as children suffering from Malnutrition are more likely to die and vulnerable to this life-snatching disease.

To address the issue of ailments like Diarrhoea we need a hygienic, safe and good water and food supply and also much emphasis needs to be put on the issue of sanitation. First of all the government needs to take the disease to a halt in less developed and poor areas and collectively should also work on eliminating the disease by accommodating proper treatment of the disease. Researchers lately found out that a harsh viral dangerous micro organism Rotavirus is the most common cause of the spread of Diarrhoea in children. Children who get adequate attention and ample healthcare services bear minor effects of Rotavirus but their less fortunate counterparts who are poor have to face the severe and life-threatening effects of the virus.

Pneumonia also takes place due to contaminated things. When children touch contaminated objects and then touch their eyes or nose, some harmful viruses enter their body and these viruses make their way to the lungs damaging the lungs resulting in their inflammation and thus finally causing pneumonia. In pneumonia the lungs’ are filled with fluids resulting in hindrances in the oxygenation and if not treated warily can result in death too.

Now what to do????

To reduce the deadly effects of diarrhea and pneumonia we need to reach out to all the children whether rich or poor with a comprehensive toolkit to prevent these diseases. The factors that can extenuate the diseases and can result in complete abolition of the ailments are breast-feeding, access to ORT and zinc supplementation.  According to a recent research exclusive breast feeding for initial six months can save the lives of many children. Exclusive breast feeding can result in the saving of lives of 02,10,000 Indian children who die every year. Countries which have introduced vaccines of Rotavirus and Pneumonia have observed a huge decline in the no. of hospitalizations and deaths caused due to the Diarrhea and could save around 100 crores in annual medical costs.

The only thing that India needs is ingenious implementation of the schemes and successful distribution of vaccines and medicines to curb the ailments so as to safeguard the children who die due to these diseases.

What will happen next?

Concurrently there is no consensus in India over one of the most heated topic in the whole country. The country is in the fire of people and the government is not able to adjudge the situation. Some political parties are not concurring with the union government and the topic is very very sensitive and is very sensitive to be dealt with as the matter is of very high vitality and can disrupt the country's relationship. The topic that is creating a turmoil situation in the Indian Parliament. The topic about which I am talking about is the Sri-Lankan issue.

Sri Lanka's army defeated separatist Tamil rebels after a brutal 26-year war in 2009, but it is the final phase of that war has come under scrutiny. Sri-Lanka started its civil war in order to get rid of the LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam). LTTE wanted reserved segregated(separated) areas for the Tamil in the North and east of Sri Lanka. Some parts of north and east of Sri lanka were subjugated by the LTTE organisation and to rescue the areas Sri Lanka waged war against the Sri Lankan Tamils and ultimately on May 19,2009 Sri Lankan forces slayed down the leader of LTTE Thiruvenkadam Velupillai Prabhakaran and the civil war ended.

So what went wrong and what exaggerated the situation? The thing that aggravated the fury of people was inhuman gunning down of Tamils in Sri Lanka. Sri lankan army brutally killed many innocents too. All the protest mainly came out when the photos of 12-year old son of Prabhakaran Balachandaran who was killed ruthlessly by the Sri Lankan military forces shortly after the killing of Prabhakaran. Even innocents Tamils who had no part in LTTE were killed.
The entire conflict left at least 100,000 people dead, but there are still no confirmed figures for tens of thousands of civilian deaths in the last months of battle: estimates range from 9,000 - 75,000.
One UN investigation said it was possible up to 40,000 people had been killed in the final five months alone. Other rights groups suggest the number of deaths could be even higher.

Now the thing is that USA has proposed a resolution against the inhumanities executed by the Lankan forces in the United Nations. UPA's ally DMK(Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) has also backed out from UPA due to this debate. DMK wants India to protest against Sri Lanka in UN and the government has not been able to reach on consensus and accord with the political parties in the country.
Now we have to see what goverment is going to do now.

Need each other.

After such a long time Egypt has again understood the significance of coming to India. Mr. Mohamed Morsi is coming to India after two years of taking reign of the Egypt. Egypt from the beginning has been looking west for its development and has not glanced over the huge budding developing countries like India but now it has augmented its interest in the developing India.

The new Egypt president has now commenced looking over India perhaps more than other countries and he is also having robust reasons for doing this as India is progressing in an extremely humongous and fast pace. Egypt has recently seen a humongous riot recently following the Arab spring in the whole Arab world. The former despot Hosni Mobarak soon forced to abdicated his powers and the Egypt disposed off the despot to choose Mr. Morsi as the new president.

Following the Arab spring Egypt has bear the burnt and bruises of many problems. The whole economy as well as trade went down and huge obliteration of national wealth occurred in the country. The country faced many hindrances and was in-toto engulfed by various voes as well as problems due the huge turn over of the leadership. Egypt turned to a new leaf and has now started looking to east.

Now both the countries need each other. Egypt has a huge amount of natural resources. With Nile, the world's longest river Egypt has immense amount of other things too. Egypt's mineral and energy resources include petroleum, natural gas, phosphates, gold and iron ore. Crude oil is found primarily in the Gulf of Suez and in the Western Desert. Natural gas is found mainly in the Nile Delta, off the Mediterranean shore, and in the Western Desert. Oil and gas accounted for approximately 7% of GDP in fiscal year 2000/01. India too has many things which can help Brazil to grow further and Brazil can also bolster India's growth and can help the country on United Nations (UN). Both the countries can be good pals and can come up with flying colours.

There is only a need to understand the relationship between the two countries.

Isolation

It has been a fact that the north-eastern states of India have been alienated from the whole country and the low development there is just due to the carelessness of Government of India which has never been wary on the north-eastern side. This has not been a heated debate in the Indian parliament but still the issue is very vital and crucial.

North-Eastern states from the beginning have been the prey of insurgencies and rebellions and has been marginalised from the main stream politics of the country. The regular insurgencies and rebellions exhibit that the grievances of people of north-east India are more than any other states. But her something worked of which no one had previously thought of. The miracle which worked here is power of the people of the world i.e. Democracy. In the insurgency-hit areas states of Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura the incumbent leaders were voted back to power by the people and with an unprecedented voter turnout. Tripura portrayed a voter turn-out of 93% which Meghalaya followed at 88% and Nagaland at 83.2%.

For the past two decades the states of North –east have been showing a humongous awareness towards the election with big voter turnouts, increased political representation and inflated participation is election-related activities in both Lok sabha and Assembly election. Similarly the governments have also done well in these states. The ministers have done a great work in north-eastern states. Tripura was ranked 3rd in the literacy level with 14.6% increase in literacy while Nagaland was placed on 6th and in Meghalaya 14.96% in literacy level was observed.  The states have also rewarded their leaders with Mukul Sangma in Meghalaya entering his second term, in Tripura Manik Sarkar won his consecutive fourth term and Neiphiu Rio snatching away the victory third consecutive time.

All the results show that there is huge work being put on by the governments there which is highly praiseworthy and commendable but still something is left. The government of India now needs to ensure that the people of northeastern India are not being exploited and has to ensure that they are not feeling sequestered. These people are a huge asset for the whole nation and need to be considered as common people. The literacy levels and other factors show huge education, development opportunities in the North-eastern India and India needs to use that opportunity and benefit of those should be given to our north-eastern brothers.

Intelligence

In India other than political competitions there are also many other agendas on which the government needs to put an eye of. But our politicos merely glance over those matter and such matters of vital concerns are hardly adjudged and paid heed as crucial ones. The country which is lacking behind and facing a very humongous competition from its neighbouring countries as well as the whole world needs to be mend. The nemesis are reaching out loud on the zenith of their success while the country has somehow slowed down in scrambling to the summit with low GDP and economic growth.

India has been facing a very enormous and tough competition from countries like China, Unites States of America, France etc. in terms of technology, military and every field. But the competition is very difficult. India is lacking behind these country in many fields due to bad judgements etc. In technological advancements too these countries are outshining us. For example- China last year launched its new aircraft carrier ship Lianoning and India is hopeful of its first aircraft carrier ship one in the year 2017.

One of the most important of these topics is terrorism. In India terrorism activities have become common. After every six-seven months you can hear the news of bomb blasts in the country and many other terrorism related activities. Every time these attacks and assaults on the country are executed by bloody Pakistani Jihadists and these attacks slay down many people annihilating the lives of many. Indian government every time promises of good judgement next time and that the terrorists would be dealt severely but it never happens. Pakistani terrorist are moving freely as VIPs and the government is not able to do anything as the leaders here think of winning elections, party politics but not of empowering the nation. The leaders here are always indulged in scams etc. but never do anything to promote the growth of country to sabotage terrorism. Major parties here think of elections not of country.

Now let’s take another example of USA (United States of America). The government there is not involved in cat fighting with other political parties but the government is busy at empowering the nation on the world front as well as internally. The President of USA communicates with people while the Prime Minister here is not at all seen talking with people about their problems. The USA has many laws for the welfare of people while if any law has to be passed here the political parties bar it. Now on terrorism, the government there has annihilated and obliterated all the attacks on country by empowering its citizens, laws and intelligence agencies. USA is having agencies like CIA (Central Investigation Agency), FBI(Federal Bureau of Investigation), Seals which are adept at doing everything and finding anyone, extenuating the enemy’s power, solving any puzzle and conducting any operation while Indian government is having nothing. After the 26/11, worst attack that India has even faced on its security, India set up the NIA(National Investigation Agency) and it is having CBI(Central Bureau of Investigation) which always show inefficacy in dealing with the matter. The NIA has not even cracked the mystery shrouding the Hyderabad Blasts and has not done anything good in that. The CBI as we all know is infamous of being under the influence of the government and is not highly skilful at dealing with matters pertinent to the terrorism. We people never invest heavily on our agencies, on the betterment of these agencies which is the greatest problem. In one of the interview of the US officials one said that, “In Washington secrecy rules” and that’s why the government and agencies there are wonderful and efficient at their works. In India nothing is secret. For ex. Every operation from killing of Ajmal Aamir Kasab, the 26/11 terrorist and Afzal Guru the 2001 Parliament attacks mastermind everything was known to everyone. In 26/11 attacks the terrorists also got much help from Indian television. They were watching everything the position of police personnels, NSG commandos etc. on the TVs from the Taj hotel and that’s why these facts became more conducive to killing of people.

Indian government doesn’t understand the significance of intelligence services. In Unites State there has been no major attack after the 09/11, why just because of good judgements.

Notwithstanding playing party politics the Indian leaders should aim at higher efficiency and good judgements first.
